You're welcome.  It seems that it's a difficult problem for you.  I think the kindergarten will not reject your daughter because of the district you live.

I know some family also live far away in NT, they buy a car to drive kid to school, so kid can hv rest in the car.  knowing that having a car is very expense now-a-day. but i know some family really willing to do so, for their kids to join this school.
btw also agreed YSmon that school will not reject your daughter since for the district.

請問你們知不知道k1 開始有沒有工課做的呢? 我聴有一些幼稚園的project其實都是家長帶回家做的. 不知這一間是不是呢 ?

No homework for K1.  I think K1 is too young to take up a project.  I do not see any project my son is working on.  So far, after a topic finishes, the school gives some sheets outlining the things that the school has taught and gives us some activity sheets for us to play with my son for revision.

While I notice for K2 and K3, some projects have been carried out.  For K2, I see one about exploring a beach and K3 is to let students to be a reporter and explore the school's facilities.  I see the above from the display outside their classrooms.

do you know school will have a parent talk for next Wed (24/11) night?  Go ahead to get information by yourself (1st hand)  Many many questions will be solved for that day!!!

我囡囡是在聖三一讀K3,功課量你可以放心，K１平日在學校做工作紙．兒童設計活動是在先生引導小朋友經討論、投票決定做主題，家長祗是幫助找圖片，次數不是太多。

I joined the talk tonight & I think it's quite funny for me to have a look for the KG student. But I have a little bit worry for the primary & secondary school of HOLY TRINITY as it is a private primary school & CMI (chinese medium) secondary school respectively!

I think it is a quite good nursery & KG!

Any comment for the others parents, who is joined the talk?

我那天都有出席講座, 大致上我都很喜歡他們的教學方法. 因我一直以來都是鼓勵囡囡自己講出要求, 要多些思考. 但囡囡很大部份時間只會問 " 這些是什麼? 你教我啦! 你幫我做啦!" 故此我都希望囡囡可以在這模式學習, 還有校長說小朋友在同學方面所吸收到的, 往往比家長所教的吸收得多.  所以如果其他同學可以講出自己的意見, 我都希望囡囡會懂得, 不要只靠我.
另外, 看到小朋友上堂時的表現, 真是好好笑, 好有趣. 所以我都相信小朋友在這間學校裏會很開心.

我所擔心的都和你一樣, 不知小學和中學如到其它學校時, 她們的程度是否可追上, 和她們會不會較難適應其它學校的教學模式.

不過, 我和先生都決定如果學校收囡囡的話, 我們都一定會比囡囡讀這間幼兒院.

Just received the registered letter (nursery) from Holy Trinity. But I still have little bit worry, the CMI secondary school & private school problems!

Any parents can share your views? Will you choose this nursery/kindergarten?

我今日都收到信,仔仔被取録入2005年度幼兒班,但有張兒童健康紀錄,想問邊到有得檢查咁多樣野呢?健康院可幫仔仔檢查ma/?&私家醫生檢查要多少錢?
