英華2nd Interview 傾計時間短,有問題嗎?

My son also got offer from other school and also waiting the 2nd interview result from other school, however if ying wa accept my son we will definetly let him study in ying wa since he also love this school very much. Boy school is not a problem, a lot of good school in hk are boy or girl school. English conversation may be not as good as other english primary school, however he used to study english class with an american teacher twice a week, i think it should be ok.

佢問我有無參加中央派位,有無其他學校收左咁囉!

Last year the theme was about the SPACE and this year the theme is about the Plan E 'save the polar bear' remember the movie that they showed on the interview day.

這是一個好問題, 從另外一個角度去了解家長對小朋友的祈望, 如果直接去問, 家長可能會就學校/校長的喜好而作答, 而改名一事就可以看出:

1. 父母對這種"人生大事"的參與程度, 到底是你親自改, 或者由老人家, 或者是風水命理師? 如果是親自改, 你就一定講得出這個名字的故事, 有些家長可能連個名都寫錯 (因為用了太深的字), 或者明知是為八字五行的不足而改不敢在林校長前說出來

2. 有些名字的意思是重物質財富, 有些重品德, 家長就算是在interview 之前知道問題又知林校長是一個重家教品德的人, 也不可能為一個interview 幫小朋友改名

另外, 記憶題又是另一傑作, 面試班通常是用兩張圖片叫小朋友找不同, 相對林校長的要求, 層次太低了, 林校長是要求小朋友說出校長室有個多月前和今天所見的比較, 再問你first in 是讀過什麼書, 有幾多個小朋友陪你first in, 完全要求考生記憶力強, otherwise, 無可能應付YW的功課

如果是獨生子, 便要花更多時間去教他在群體中待人接物的道理, 因為小朋友在家中多數會成為小王子, 萬千寵愛在一身, 多一個兄弟姊妹, 就可以在家中學跟他人"分享"
