30/11前註冊，今天已註冊。註冊後我逗留學校一段時間觀察一下學生的表現，發現有6位約小一、二的學生在校務處旁借用電話，當中有3位是外籍學生，十分欣喜他們都以英語溝通，但再觀察校內其他學生，較高年班的尤其中學生，發現他們大都以廣東話溝通，未知是否因為該校在2003才轉直資有關。

Yes, SMCE Primary was 1st set up as a DSS in 2002/2003. That's why primary pupils are in general more proficiency in English than it's secondary pupils. But this year the SMCE primary has its own primary pupils going into SMCE secondary

Just got a call from SMC to have 2nd interview next wed. . .  1st in day 12 Oct.  So parents who had not received call recently, chance are still here!

我都接到電話下星期一2nd interview. 學校要我帶小朋友K2手冊, 我仲搵緊, 上次搬屋後不記得收左係邊度!

The handbook shows what kind of things your kids learn at school, e.g. chinese words, english words, activities, etc.

but not every school's handbook has such info.  My younger daughter's school handbook does not contain such info.  Learning objectives are covered in a separate report.

I don't know whether the 2nd interviews are still going on, I hope the information are still useful. As far as I can remember (it's already in Oct.), we don't need to bring our school handbooks then. Ms Lee asked my kid somethings about her daily life and what types of interest groups she had attended (with referred to the profile provided).
