Yes, I am very sure. I am a graduate of CUHK. Don't be misled by its school name. Today it is getting more international and almost all major courses are lectured in English.

This is true. But there is a rumour that some professors need to explain some concepts in cantonese as some of the students don't understand Eng well. Have you heard of that?

Yes, it is possible, but the same is true for other universities and english schools (primary and secondary).
