其實間間好啲學校, 但有機會有藝人仔女入讀架啦, 藝人仔女都係人,而且避得幾多個喎, 小朋友盡左力就算啦 ! 係咪 ! 各位家長一齊加油呀 !

大家都估三寶入梗, 點解呢?

如果我係校長, 我唔會特別偏好藝人, 甚至會減分添, 因為隨時有醜聞附送, 影響校譽. DGJS又唔愁名氣, 個細路唔係好掂o既, 點解要搏? 真係貪畢業典禮有明星表演??

可能因為外間D人都話,DGJS鈡意收基督堂啲小朋友, 而佢哋3個都係讀基督堂, 所以........

I agreed with Circleda and hope the Principal of DGJS would also agree that no preference should be given to Artist.  

Anyway, competition is keen and we can encourage our girls to try their best. Don't push them too much.

如果小朋友冇被邀請, 身為家長的你, 會點同個女講?
讀名校除了應付功課壓力, 社交方面, 會否又帶來學生壓力? !

Agreed.  Me too, not a big deal, there're always some kids not being invited to some other kids' party, the same happened in their kindergarten.

We sometimes met ah bee and kei kei's daughters, my girls just don't know who they are, even when she knows when she is growing up, I will just tell her their professions are "entertainers".

Dear All

I read all responses from parents regarding the DGJS interview.  I would like to say that if your girl is bright, intelligent, outspoken and confident,  I am sure the teachers will spot her in the crowds.  My girl is in DGJS now, but she is not from CCKG.   I neither  took her to any interview classes nor special training.  I did most works by myself of telling her stories, general knowledges and teaching manner.         It is true that some of CCKG girls are outstanding, but not all.   I believe most CCKG girls do well because they have delicated parents who always take their girls to school and pick them up after school for additional trainings.

Personally, I think Mrs. Dai, the headmistress, is a quite fair lady with extreme experience and know who has the quality to become a DGJS girls.

your girl is so smart.  did you have lots of certifcate to put into the portfolio?  my daughter will have interview on 9 Oct, do you have any ideas about the interview.  I heard that there will have 2 nd interview for this year?

I agree Mrs Dai knows how to pick the winner.  If your child possesses the quality they after and she shines in the interview, then she is very likely to get in.  Rumour has it thay DGJS like to choose girls whose parents are doctors or in other professional occupations.  Personally I don't believe that myself.  What I believe is that as long your child is bright, she will get selected no matter what the parents' occupations are.  That's why they have students coming from all sorts of background.

I also know some DGS's parents are Government employees not on very high rank.

Besides the girls are bright or not , it also depends on the first eyesight , like lover:.
