I have a problem and would like to double check here.  

I've submitted the application to one of the schools just like all moms here..but due to some personal reason that I don't think I can take it even if the school does offer the place to my girl.  Question here is (assumption is the school take my girl) :

1)  Do I need to inform the school that I don't / cannot take the offer or i just don't need to show up on the registration dates?

2)  Does my girl automatically back on to the central ballot if she doesnt take the offer on mid-Nov or I need to do some notification to the education authority?  Or she cannot go back to the central ballot but need to wait until June 05 to submit letter to other school?

Any mom knows?  Please advise.

yes, it will be.  They said for those who don't show up for registration will get a notification letter in Jan 2005 for the allocation centre location.

真是不敢想像當日的情景, 事關我幫仔仔揀選的學校原來有八百多人申請, 當日校方可能要作人流管制, 哈哈!!

如果在第一輪學校以計分方法收生公布後, 有些學生又不去登記, 這些後補位是否又是由學校以計分再排 ?  or 是否可以去敲門入這些位呢 ?
  

答 : 第一輪收生名單內已有備取生(約三至五名)的, 如果有人不去登記的話, 備取生就根據先後次序自動補上。   


第一輪唔收, 家長入信, 是否只是給學校留一個印象, 以便第二輪搞珠都唔入時, 敲門時有些印象分 ?
