No, my daughter doesn't have any previlege that you mentioned, she got it by herself.
I agreed that applicants with those previlege may have some 著數 but it is not a neccessity as I guess they may set a quota for this group of applicants.
I was told by some teachers that most good kindergardens will consider family background but it doesn't only mean rich but education background. So I guess if the parents are University graduated will definitely an asset. Schools like Pui Ching they may prefer professionals rather than businessman. This is only my guess and among our private discussion which is not an official guidelines of Pui Ching
