I said no music, no religion, no VCD but need cassettes (repeated 2 times). The lady took out music and religion, but forget to put in listening and reading skills (the 2 compulory books but placed separately from the already prepared bag of 46 books). Then gave me the set without VCD but forgot to give me the cassettes.
No receipt for this $1800 purchase. Very eager to sell us the wrapping papers but also very eager to get rid of us. Had not reminded us to check the book.
Going back home and found had forgotten to give me the listening and reading skills.
Luckily, when i phoned, very helpful to retain them for me to collect (of course la, it is their fault as they did not pack these 2 into the already packed bag).
When going to the bookstore, refused to listen my introduction, and just requested me to present the receipt (the receipt for secondary books). when I explained that I bought the books at school and got no receipt, but had phoned and retained the books for me to collect. The staff refused to think over what I mean and turned me away--no receipt, no help. I left the bookstore for a while and returned, decided to take a firm stand--I have never received any receipt wor. Then another staff asked what kind of book I was talking about. I replied P.1, then the staff changed face and said sorry.
Just can't understand Wai fai is so experienced, the largest profiteer on the registration date ( collecting about $2000 X 200 students on that single morning), only presented 2 unhelpful staff. Really a quite contrast to the uniform sellers.
