絕對同意,佢地係問左囝囝好多野,所以我囝囝就唔會表現唔耐煩既.但係真係每次答完校長既問題,佢即刻就會寫低d野.

其實用校長要求身教同gentlement角度來看比較容易答你.
一個人答晒問題可能會令校長覺得家庭是一黨獨大,未必好. 適當時間將問題交給另一半作答感覺會是兩人分擔教小朋友,這樣比較好. 但兩人搶答就一定出事. ...

終於面試完了, 心情叫做鬆了一些....
係我個case都係入到去, 校長會問小朋友記唔記得佢, 又會介紹身邊的副校長。然後問番小朋友上次group interview時的一些事情, 如指下snoopy係邊(但唔好離開座位), 仲有問小朋友記唔記得林木木, 佢曉得做甚麼, 梳化上snoopy旁的小狗會做些甚麼?上次校長show既書係咩書....

然後校長會因應各家庭的不同而跟父母傾一會兒, 問題都係想看看父母平時如何照顧子女, 有甚麼困難沒有, 小孩像誰的性格多一點, 考了多少間小學等... 校長會有時向著父親問, 有時是母親。

反而校長唔會令人緊張, 但旁邊個副校個樣一d表情都沒有, 只見佢不時低頭寫野, 佢就會令家長緊張, 因為你會覺得佢一路係到comment緊你既小朋友....不過, 算啦, 已經in 完, 唔諗咁多lu....

林校長似乎每次2nd interview都會問小朋友記唔記得上次問mud. 應該一定有目的.
我估計答得出,答得準校長固然欣賞.但答的態度還是最重要.
但我相信校長是預計大部份小朋友都不會記得,那她就應該是想看一下小朋友遇到難題時的表現同對答. 很多小朋友會低頭不語,這就中了校長的計.

I think so, in addition of memory, I think Mrs Lam also wants to test whether the kids are brave enough to speak before the strangers.

I think I do not know how to answer who is Lam Wood Wood, what can she do? and what can the dog besides snoopy can do in the sofa???

Of course you don't know, your kid knows, he's the one who go to the interview room last time. My kid also didn't remember what's the book is about that Principal Lam showed last time....
If the kid doesn't know, just let him say, 'sorry, I don't remember....can you give me a clue?' The principal wants to see how they react in such kind of situation.

我是昨天面試的, 我兒仔說出答案後,
林校長便同副校長說, 每次面試都不一樣的, 示意他沒有固定的答案, 所以只要小朋友會說便ok, 不用擔心.

I have the interview a few days ago. Ms Lam asked my son all these questions.  He answered all these questions confidently, and I think all are correct. But my son haven't told me what happen in the last interview with Ms Lam. Let your son do it by himself, trust him he can do that.

我想問o下, 學校咪安排o左一個小時4家人in o既, 咁如果我係o個time slot 最後o個家人, 咁係咪要等45min呀? o個段等o既時間有冇乜o野o野做o家?

係呀, 我好彩是第一個入去in, 其他人就在會議室等, 好以上次見校長一樣, 睇下video
啦, 我見有媽媽帶書給小朋友睇, 可能怕他們悶吧, 等既心情真是有點緊張.

你講得啱呀,囝囝係最尾果個,之前都諗到有可能有咁既情況,要等45分鐘.不過,竟然果組人有一個冇到,咁就提早左啦,所以千祈都唔好遲到呀.
