Help!!!!Has any method to be possible to make the son to attend ESF?

I wanna send my girl to AIS as well. is it easier to get into AIS than ESF? coz i see a little topic about AIS. Anyone knows how's the interview for grade 1? my girl still can't say a full sentence! thanks

我地應該係kennedy school個catchment zone, 希望如你所講啦 , 佢2個都返得幾開心, 我見我大女同個miss好似friend咁, 一返到學校就走埋個miss到整古做怪, 個miss又肯同佢顛, 我諗IS同local真係好唔同, 師生關係close D, 我冇仔細研究montessori同普通教法有咩唔同呀, so far都幾滿意佢地o既表現, 所以都冇特別考究

It sounds like you live on the Kowloon side.  Read ESF priority admission list.  It gives you an idea whether you have a good chance of getting in.  It's best to start with kindergarten.  There is only 1 ESF kindergarten for KLN people and that's Tsing Yi primary school.

I am having my son apply for ESF school and he is going to Tutortime now.  I am planning to transfer him to Anfield or ESF Tsing Yi Kindergarten for kinder.  But then, I am on priority list Category 2 because I am a ESF alumni.

The priority list tells you where you stand.  They take Cat 1 first, then Cat 2 and then other people who want to get in (like the local school system)

actually, i lived in HK island, personally, i like american style, that's why i prefer to send my girl to american style school.. and the standard of AIS is all result from the interview, no cat 1,2 or 3...based on ESF standard i don't think she can get the chance of interview..

我都好決心比bb讀IS啦.  其實點睇到邊間ESF收生容易D? 我指的是Quarry bay School 同 Kennedy School.如果你話入kennedy school容易d係咪因為開咗dc, 少了discovery bay 學生呢?

我都唔知架，不過我有朋友住 glenealy 既 zone 就話佢地個 zone 真係難Ｄ，始終 glenealy 1 grade 只有 60人，而區內又有好多 cat 1 學生。
我睇 woodland 個 chart 就好似去 kennedy 同 glenealy 人數差不多。

But over 70% students in Kennedy School are in Cat. 1.

So I think it's just "relatively" easier not absolutely easy. Glenealy only offers 360 places and Kennedy offers 900 places. Assuming the ratio of Cat.2 students be the same, Glenealy each year only has 18 Cat 2 grade 1 students while Kennedy has 45.
