求助--新小拔插班入學試

Hi Mountainyear,

I just called my friend, whose son is going to have his violin audition in next week, she is very very happy to know the information about the audition. It is very useful to her. She wanted me to say thank you for her. THANK YOU! She also wanted to know does the student need to answer any questions during the audition?

Do you know any p3 or p4 students invite to have physical / music testing ?
All only req. have written on May-28.

Seems the application didn't ask to fill in such kind of information. How to count the point ?

Hi, 各位媽咪，

我囝囝舊年考小二的，他曾經跟我說過考試情況。
他說中、英文也有unseen dictation,但內容不太深，英文例如：Today is sunny day.We go to the beach. 中文例如:我們要注重禮儀。Maths 除了計算加、減和乘數外，也有心算，他們會用大紙顯示題目(老師會遞高題目，約十五秒時間後收回)。

至於physical and music test，沒有被邀請的話，被取錄的機會並不是較低，因為以我所認識的同學中，並非一定有參加這兩個test的。

希望這些資料可幫到大家。

My neighbour told me that for P.1 and P.2 entry, DBSPD would not emphasize on music or sports. But for P.3 and P.4 it is a different story because normally the applicants would possess many prizes so the school would admit them for school sports team and orchestra.

Hope my guess is wrong.

去年我阿二同學你參加面試(小二)，好像要當面耍两招。我想，要不要試音樂或體育，在乎你是否填表時有沒有填到。

去年阿大考小二填了五級鋼琴及校際音樂將項也沒有音樂測試，難道筆試成績不行或鋼琴冇用???

But does anyone know how many sports and music elites (鋼琴不計) would DBS and DBSPD absorb each year? Would DBSPD abosrb 20% music/sports elites each year in view of 20 %/marks?

I am still puzzled by the fact that there are many interschool and open piano competitons each year but 惟獨鋼琴不計. Why? 難怪有些私小不承認學生的鋼琴分數或成績，真是香港學琴的怪現像。

大拔收插班生，大部份都要體育、音樂叻，成績則次要。其實張灼祥開親介紹會都強調的。


彈琴 join 唔到大拔個幾隊管樂團、弦樂團、同管弦樂團嘛 .... 學生鋼琴得獎是學生的事，樂團得獎是大拔的事 .... 諗下張緯晴得到咁多本地及國際獎項，有邊個獎 Maroknoll 有份的 ？

其實張校長次次都講得好「白」嫁。有學校收讀書叻的同學為學校 law "A"，有學校收體育或音樂叻人為學校 law 獎，亦有D學校並冇咁做，而哥D學校就冇家長選讀

是否所有名校如華仁,皇仁,聖保

間間不同, 四間都會收一定數量讀書勁叻的同學,另外

Queens : 非band1 讀書叻的同學免問, 體育或音樂叻的優先.
聖保羅男女:一定要band1, 操行B+以上, 創意,奇技,科學或音樂叻的優先
DBS:  體育或音樂叻可以為學校 law獎但讀書考尾的、操行差的也收.
九龍華仁: 多數是band1, 有關係的優先.
