我個B係讀聖公會(正校)的, 唔知正校同分校會唔會有分別呢???
正校的家長會係8月26日舉行, 可能和你們唔同一曰.

dear all mommies,
May I ask when will the interview be held for this school last year, (central and Butler one)? I would like to bring my daughter to Uk for 1 year but i wish to bring her back to HK for interview.
can anyone tell me the usual month for other interview of other kindergarden? e.g SPK, sacred heart? coz i live in hk side.

各位準聖公會幼稚園的家長好！

其實我在好幾個月前已在BK post message收集大家對聖公會幼稚園的意見，我在此多謝曾經給予意見的朋友。但可能因為此校學位少，很多comment都是道聽塗說，很可惜始終找不到用家的意見。

現在我已決定讓小兒入讀聖公會幼稚園，原因:-

(1) 此校上學年已轉換校長，而此校長跟上一任校長作風大不相同。現任校長更重視家校關係，也會為小朋友每月作評估報告，令家長更瞭解孩子的狀況

(2) 此校用Letterland教Phonics - 我知BK有很多家長推介Letterland，因此Phonics System能有效及有系统地教授小朋友每個英文字母的發音，blending, long vowels, short vowel等。我知道在外學Letterland Phonics要差不多$250/hour，現在學校有得教就省回不少錢！！

(3) 小學派位成績好 - 據知今年派位很好，大部份學生在第1輪已入選，毋須等攪珠

綜合以下媽咪post嘅message，我地一共有7位BK媽咪的小朋友入讀SKH如下:-
A. 聖公會幼稚園-正校(鐵岡)

Thanks for your updated sharing.

I would like to apply 聖公會幼稚園-正校(鐵岡) for my daughter in this year.  

Can you tell me how is the interview conducted?  What kind of question do the teachers ask?  
Mother and child seperate to interview or else?
What kind of kids are the school looking for?

My bb is a girl, born in November 2002, so she is considered as a small kid.  And I will apply this school for her once the form is dispatched.

Dear twyam,

SKH will set ONE DAY ONLY to dispatch the application form. So you better call them and ask the exact DATE they will dispatch the form. Late comers will not be entertained.

Based on my previous experience, the form was dispatched on Nov 1 last year and interview was scheduled on Dec 4.

Basically no question will be asked during the interview (for my case only cos I learnt that some children were being asked for a few questions e.g. name, age etc).

A group of 6 kids together with their parents were invited to a classroom where teachers were just standing aside to observe how you would play with your child.

So I still do not know the selection criteria up to the moment.

暑 假 有 乜 活 動 安 排 俾 小 朋 友 ？ 我 就 參 加 0左 中 環  YWCA 搞 0既 親 子 游 泳 班 ， 每 逢 星 期 六 游 一 個 鐘 $840。 妳 0地 重 有 乜 0野 暑 期 活 動 推 介 ？

我都有安排暑期課程俾家霖仔呀，包括
(1) 尖沙咀YMCA嘅English Talktown(逢星期二、四共8堂)同Playtot(逢星期六共8堂)
(2) 第三街明愛中心嘅兒童英語playgroup(逢星期一、三、五共10堂)
(3) 明愛凌月仙嘅幼兒爵士舞班(8月逢星期三、五共8堂)
(4) 奇傑創作坊(逢星期五)
