Agreed. That's my understanding as well.

The same thing for her mom, I watched different news channel, I heard that a reporter as her mom "How to celebrate?", she said nothing special and many negative comments come from there.

父母心目中, 名校只有果間, 人地吾收, 咪系話無諗過比個女讀名校
現校不是太多優越生, 她負起要了為校揚名, 所以全校老師為她專補, 待遇仲好過讀名校.

其實大家都知道DGS唔係單睇學業成績嚟收生架啦，可能佢根本唔係校長心目中杯茶。喺DGS入面，成績好兼音樂及體育好嘅學生大把啦！！

只緣乖的資優學生在一般的中學有機會享有萬千寵愛在一身的機會而矣。
在許多名校裏，IQ 130 實在不稀奇。另外,若果不是太大問題,何苦跳班.失總比得多.

Phoenix伶牙利齒比絕大多數成年人甚至高官都來得利害.但在medical schools的學生IQ或考試成績大多與之相若.年紀輕幾歲的虛榮能carry她多遠?

The same comments apply to the other 9-year-kid who is now applying for a place at university here. Most researches show that a relatively high percentage of such kids end up with psychological problems in their later lives. 何苦？

It is entertainment for the public, vanity for the parents, but in most cases, a dreadful destiny for such kids. As the famous mathematician, I forgot his name, said, he preferred his kid to have an ordinary but more playful childhood.

My son has IQ130+ when he was 7yr10mon old. We struggled for some time and we decided to keep him in a good Christian school. We also took the Principal's advice to keep him in the normal pace, but find more challenging programs to stretch him in Maths, English and other areas.

The results is his EQ also improved, good social relationship with peers, not just academically sound but also enjoy sports and music. he will study in DBS after the summer.

Personally, I highly appreciate the Sec School for the girl, teachers work very hard to support her in all areas.

But EMB, shame on them to take advantage on CMI and gifted education achievement. They did nothing, but we did a lot to support our gifted kids.

【明報專訊】9歲、14歲資優生正等待踏入大學之門、備受追捧之際，天水圍一所小學有名智商達136的10歲女生，卻患上輕微過度活躍症，.....

小屈小一至小三成績理想，受過度活躍症影響，在校行為特別頑皮，經常遭教師責罰。小屈曾有一次在放學前，因貪玩用手指「篤」前面男生的背部(校方說是男生肛門)，那男生回頭，以手指插小屈下體，小屈即時告知老師，但校方未有處理。其母表示，去年11月，小屈回家後非常不開心，指自己下體很痛，她才得知事件。

小屈在校遭男生插下體後數天，另一男生又仿效用手指「篤」小屈的陰道。屈太聞言大驚，向校內社工求助，該男生亦坦承錯誤，社工建議息事寧人。屈太改向副校長投訴，副校長態度嚴厲，認定是屈太「搞事」，拒絕記男同學小過，更說﹕「如果要記過，就兩個(包括小屈)都記。」又向屈太表示，記過會影響學生升中機會。屈太只好放棄，她說﹕「副校長之後對我說﹕學校要求你，不可以跟任何人提起這件事。」自此，小屈每當該男生經過，都很害怕，又受到冷言冷語對待。....

【明報專訊】對於家長屈太的投訴，天水圍有關小學的校長全部否認，指該校教師均疼愛小屈，不會針對她，反而百般容忍及提供適切配合，指校方有足夠能力處理資優生，並認為投訴的家長本身或有問題，引致女兒的情緒不穩。

校長指小屈當時所「篤」是男生的肛門，因此該男生才反過來「篤」其下體。她表示，當時沒有報警，因為男生年齡太小，沒有性及非禮的概念，「報警沒問題，我們不會反對。但小朋友對性真的有認識嗎？」她又說﹕「男生有問題，我們要教，但女生有問題，亦都要教。」她認為既然是女生先惹事，因此若要記過，就要兩人都記，並指當時雙方家長爭執不下，校方只是扮演調停角色。
