我講o既都有根據(如有疑問可提出), 但並非鼓勵家長去做, 只係將資料提供出來. 早前新聞報導美國好多銀行保安有好多漏洞, 事後極少成功尋回贓款, 佢地只係將事實講出來, 相信唔係鼓勵D人去打劫.

我用詞或若粗俗, 但至少心有對錯之念. 不似 Chanhao 君言詞藻麗, 卻盡是宣揚那不義之舉.

I would not be so sure.

Once you signed a document, it means that you are declaring all information on the document are correct. That is why we always say that you do not sign anything without checking the details.

In the case of primary school applications, if the address in fact is not your real address, and you declared (ie signed the document) it to be your real address, that is fraud.

You are cheating the other party who receives the signed document. So legally, you can definitely be sued by civil litigation. And since "the other party" is the government, I am not sure whether there are additional laws/rules that qualify it to be a criminal case.
