如果我無記錯校長係話，『星期五』如果無 ECA，咁就會走早一堂，係會有校車接送，如果有 ECA 係放 0300pm 咁亦都有校車接送，但其他日子及時間就無校車接送！！！

Hi all, Could anyone inform what is subject "VA" for?
Am I correct that "WP" for Word Perfect Spelling, the small book in green and for Penmanship lesson no need to bring anything right? Please help.

VA = Visual Arts. Need apron, arm holders, a pair of scissors and glue.  The teacher will tell them to bring a green wrap paper (those use for wrapping parcel) with the desk size in the 1st lesson.

WP = Word Perfect Spelling.

Penmanship - no need to bring anything for this lesson as teacher will give them paper to learn the Maryknoll writing.

Thanks a lot for your sharing.

Just received the notice about the self-learning & reading scheme.  The school encourage the girl to borrow books from library and it also mentioned about the "Morning Reading Time" in the auditorium.  I just wonder if the teacher would show the girl how to borrow books from library and the auditorium?  Besides, could you tell us sth more about the "Buddy Scheme"?

I have no idea about the Morning Reading time as I have not read the notice in detail yet.  Don't worry about how to borrow books from school library as the girls will learn about it from school.  My girl does not tell me in details, I just know that she borrowed books from time to time and she loves to go to the library.  Other than the books from library, there are books on the classroom's bookshelf which the girls need to read.  1 Chinese & 1 English book per week.  They can also read these books during lunch hour and self-study/reading section.

About "Buddy Scheme", it is for the elder MCS girls to read story book for the younger ones.  The school will assign for them.  I also don't know much about this as the readings were during the school hour.

What is most important for the parents is to choose the right books for your girls.  Remember that the books need to have 20 pages or above for the reading scheme.

I've some questions about the scheme?     
1. How to define level 1, level 2, and level 3?
2. Are item A, B, C exclusive? In other words, do books read under the item A and item B count in items C?
