Hello All Pegasus Parents,

Although my babies are now 15 months old, I have already started to gather information on the Kindergartens and Primary schools.

After reading your comments on Pegasus, seems that all students there are having a happy school life.  I also want my kids have a happy school life rather than spending all the time doing a lot of homeworks everyday.  

I can understand why the interview is arranged for parents rather than children.  If parents are expecting the traditional way of education, it’s difficult for Pegasus to offer a seat for their kids since it will create conflict in the future. ( Please correct me if I am wrong. )

However, I have concern on the school development plan.  They are now running classes for P1 to P6, and just allowed to run F1 to F3 by EMB recently.  F4 and F5 are still under consideration because, I guess, the way of teaching in F1 to F3 is very difficult for Pegasus students to move on to the syllabus of HKCEE.  In the other words, go abroad for further study is the only way for students unless there is a way to resolve this problem in the future. Is this correct ?  

Frankly, if the result turns out to be negative, I am afraid students of Pegasus are less competitive as the students of traditional schools in terms of academic result and the students will then have a much more difficult life.  I am not frightening you guys but just wonder if you have any opinion or plan on this issue.  From your messages, I understand that most of Pegasus Parents here are well-educated and have your own points of view.  Can you share your opinion with me ?

Actually, I am planning to send my kids to Pegasus Nursery next September.  If the Higher school issue can be resolved, I, with no doubt, hope my kids will have a wonderful school life in Pegasus before going to the university.

舊年人訂我又訂 $880 訂了星版 mother goose, 但 gon少只看了一隻VCD就話唔鐘意，兩三個月後又比佢看一樣話唔鐘意，可能佢太大了，今年一年級啦。
只看過一兩次。有個mama話新貨也是$720？！是否真的平了多麼很多？！現$650出讓,若有細小朋友要的話就快PM啦！有公仔及鵝媽媽的！

Hello!  Nice to talk with you here

What you worry are ours worry, but we hv confident that the school can get the F4, F5 later on!  Since, the performance of kids are great!  the way of teaching is running as per model of coming DSS school.  BTW, at the beginning I think Pegasus let the kids playing all the day, what they learn will be a bit behind the traditional school! After these two months they not let me down, but give me more confidence for the 'study by playing'!  Compare with general traditional not the vv famous one, what they learn is much more than traditional school also what they get is much more than them too.  Although the homework just v little but all of these need the kids to think & must consentrate while at at the lesson time!

You are right all baba mama are clever now    If only playing all the day & nothing return, no parent will let their kids to join this school!

Thanks so much for your sharing!  I just received the letter from school, but really struggle a lot...Somehow I am not willing to give up the chance to obtain a seat in the Central Allocation Scheme.

對不起，很遲的回應，非常同意你的見解。

小兒上星期五主動叫我替他溫書，十萬個小小為什麼---身體，因為這星期他們用易答靈來作問答比賽。還記得小女在小一時，有一個百萬富翁比賽，她亦很積極温習。因此我絕對相信遊戲中學習，主動的學習得到的知識才會更加深刻。

這星期五我都會去，希望到時可以跟大家打個招呼

有位校車同學媽咪都收到電話,但我仲未喎,可能今日會收到啦!有時小朋友太細,真係會吾識"say no!",好似我女都有一日返嚟同我講,話有同學小息時吾比她去廁所,挍到差d賴添!所以我會和她小心分析,教她下次應該拒絕.這便是"經一事長一智"了!

聽過各位嘅分享, 我都幾欣賞臻美小學, 亦希望我囝囝(現在兩歲8個月)將來能升讀此學校;

但我囝囝現在讀緊另一機構嘅nursery, 因為佢讀得都幾開心, 我唔想佢出年轉讀臻美嘅kindergarten;

想請問大家, 如果囝囝小一才申請臻美小學, (i.e.不是由臻美幼稚園升讀臻美小學), 機會會否較小呢？

請各位指教！！
