I haven't received the letter as I'm a working ma... I think here a lot of parents already got another kinder's confirmation to accept your child for backup just in case SPK rejected!
My case is... I only like am class as arranged a few interest classes for my daughter, so if fail on SPK, I'll then choose my 2nd choice. Why I only ticked am as if I tick am or pm, I think I only will be given a place in pm class even I got high marks as they feel I don't mind pm class....
And I think SPK feels your child has potential/full marks but am class are full (for which are all very very perfect kids-at least from their views), so they want to keep these potential kids then send letters to ask for pm....
I also heard from others that even got Father/Sister' letters also be rejected before... so I guess 50% from the remarks & 50% from luck (esp from kids' photos)... |
