咁想問吓往年如果2nd in完冇消息，係咪可以assume失敗。定係有冇人試過耐d之後收到offer?

真道年年都by batch,
1st batch 見完出result, 唔夠人再2nd batch.......
之前問教務處、2nd batch 最快10月尾先出信、11月interview

Second in 都好似有800人, 有冇人知係咪出第一批offer之後有人放棄, 又係1st batch second in 中再選人出offer? 定係會喺2nd batch再interview過再選人?

Yesterday, I called to Logo. The staff advised me they had no idea if the 2nd interview result letters were to be released by end of this month or not. We just have to submit forms processing the govt or aided primary school applications.
