the school fee.  I don't think we need textbooks
for music and computing.

Dear P2 Mami,

I'm a P1 student's parent. Could any Mami lend me the following P2 readers for 1-2 weeks (I can pick up the books from your kid at school in any morning before class starts, and return them in any case by the beginning of this summer vacation.), in particular Batch 1 (which can't be found easily)?

Batch 1:
- Everyone Needs Tools (Inquizitive: Fluent)(Longman)
- Tiramisu (Read with Phinnie)(Level 3)(Oxford)
- Dad's Pasta (Sails)(Longman)

Batch 2:
- Chinese Adventure (Oxford Reading Tree)(Stage 7 More Stories A) (2008 New Ed.)
- The Evil Genie (Oxford Reading Tree)(Stage 8 More Stories A)(2008 New Ed.)
- Save Floppy! (Oxford Reading Tree)(Stage 8 More Stories A)(2008 New Ed.)
- Superdog (Oxford Reading Tree)(Stage 9 Stories)(2008 New Ed.)
- The Litter Queen (Oxford Reading Tree)(Stage 9 Stories)(2008 New Ed.)

They're required readers for P2 next year, according to the book list distributed on 13/6.

Last year I spent many hundreds of dollars buying the readers, finding that buying them may not be worthwhile, subject to my income constraint. I intend to photocopy them only this time to avoid unnecessary spending.

If you can help, please pm me . Many thanks for your help in advance.

And thanks heiheikeikei as well for reminding me last year that I can have alternatives to buying the expensive readers.

新學年用的故事書很多都是新版2008, 今年p.2的可能用不著了, d故事書真的很貴, 自己買應該平d....學校又不准只買 甲類不買丙類,一定要一個銀碼計算...

我都會問p.2的媽咪故事書,在暑假給囡囡看....

I'm wondering if there's a big difference between
the edition we have and the newest 2008 edition?
If the difference is not much, P.1 students should
get them from p.2 students.

I always think that KTS should allow parents
exchange certain books (i.e reuse some textbooks)
like music, mandarin, computing and readers.
It would be more environmentally friendly and
of course save money.
