06-07準備入讀Kentville的家長請進~~

我昨日lunch 都走去買了套賀年服, 一心想今日同亨亨著返學校.
點知, 昨晚臨睡前亨亨同我講要著keroro件衫.  到了今早想同佢換賀年服, 佢都好堅持要著keroro衫 , 無計!  (因件衫係公公婆婆買佢好鐘意, 我就真係唔知邊隻打邊隻)
返學校開party都係想佢開心, 唯有由佢自己選擇,   既然佢覺得靚穿得有自信, 就無夾硬叫佢換賀年服.  返到學校, 班主任話佢2日前巳經話要著keroro衫, 估唔到佢真係咁堅持!
細路仔d眼光真係唔同我地!

今早我走時經過K1A, 見到mavis, trevor同ashely一齊影相, 佢地好靚仔靚女.  不過, 因要趕返工, 無過來同你地打招呼.   mavis件粉紅色賀年服好靚, 離遠巳經見到佢好sharp呢!,

Hello MYoung,
Thank you so much for the lovely gift. Gloria likes it a lot! She told me loudly that it's from Yuk-Hang. I am so cheap that I only drew a birthday card for Yuk-Hang. Anyway, I hope that he would like it. Gloria insisted to draw him a Donald Duck.

I don't know if KV has 學業成績獎. Anybody knows? But I do think that every student gets a Certificate of Cleanliness, right?

Not everyone have the Certificate of Cleanliness.  My Son Trevor doesn't have it.  However, my friend's daughter KiKi in K1D got it.

Trevor got 5 "A" and 1 "A-".

Actually, I'm ok about his result.  由於我都幾了解Trevor, 這些是他應得的分數, 佢雖然俾唔到驚喜我,但總算冇令我失望.  因為平時佢响屋企colouring 都係咁冇心機, 佢冇乜藝術天份.

哈哈, 你話Trevor's colouring /Art is so bad.  我估我囝都係差唔多, 次次交功課都係出晒界!   有次油栗米, 佢竟然油了黑色 , 問佢點解? 佢話因為爛左喎!    我唔理佢照交.  呵......你話老師睇完, 佢點可以拿高grade呢.

Oh, I see. Then I should give her some of kind of reward for getting the Cert of Cleanliness. I told my maid about this certificate and thank her for making my daughter's hair every morning.
Your son is doing very well. 5A and 1A-. My daughter is a big girl and only got 5A which consists of some A-. Oh well, I don't want to give too much pressure on her. I think she could have better result if she is more active and confident. She probably doesn't speak up when tested by the teachers. A is an excellent anyways. Haha.
Gloria's colouring/Art got B+. She likes to draw. I sort of feel that she may not be very hardworking and she would only spend time on art work......

Felicia, it's definitely a recognition that your daughter has got a cert of cleanliness.

My son has got an award of attendance, basically recognizing his attendance to school every day, I guess.

I wonder what other types of awards / certificates KV has.

And, does anyone know if there are any holiday exercises this time?  I don't see any, which seems strange.    I hope I didn't miss anything.  Perhaps I'll ask my son tomorrow.  I can't rely too much on his confirmation, though.

Hi gym,

I have asked teacher already, there is no holiday exercise in this holiday.  So, so so bad..... :evil:  :evil: .  I afraid they will forget all they learnt.  I cannot imagine how come a tradition kinder like KV has no homework for such a long holiday.  I expect them at least give some.

I have asked my maid to give him some writing, numbering and colouring at home everyday.  It will not be too much, but at least we must keep them pratice it.  Do you think so?

From yesterday after party, my son always sing a Chinese New Year song.  Did you kid sing to you?

亨亨都拎了6A (Knowledge, Chinese, English, oral, Number, application) 其他項目全是B+, 只有Toys , Handwork 兩樣係B (都係無咩藝術天份 ), 但就拎唔到任可Certificate . 不過, 我一樣咁開心, 因知佢在學校真係學到好多野! 呢張係佢第1張成績表, 真係要好好收藏.
另外,仲有4張paper 都可以拎full mark  (因之前無同佢溫過, 有咁成績算係有意外驚喜 )!

Mavis 都拎了5A, 其餘都係b, handwork 仲差得b-, 至於考試就由92-100分, 其中matching最差扣左8分, 不過, 算數啦, 自問mavis又唔係特別叻、 特別靚、特別惡就有佢份  
不過, 家長們千萬不要太過在意成績, so far 好似個個都差不多, enjoy our lunar new year holiday吧

Glad to hear Gloria love the gift. In fact, Hanghang has chosen a train for her but I told him it's better to gift a doll for girl. He draw a "吉" on the card as this was what he learnt from the drawing class last week.

Did I told u before Hanghang love Doreamon? He like the Doreamon sticker on the birthday card and always told me this was from Gloria. No way!

Hanghang also got the cleanliness award in this term. I'm so happy that he can manage well in class without me.

I've taken some pictures for Gloria and Hanghang before the party. I'm going to upload and pm to u.
