I think my son is in the same class with your son but he couldn't recall anything!  I think some children got all correct because he said the prize was the 'Kero' (frog) small piece of paper.  You take your son to school or not, you want to ask Miss Choi?

5 questions counting, 5 questions application, my son told me sometimes use trees, birds,

5+(  )= 8, 2+(  )= 5, 10+(  ) = 15 .....
There are 10 cakes, ate 5 cakes , how many now?
There are 8 sweets,ate 4 , how many?
There are 5 birds on the tree, 2 flew away, come back 5 , how many?
My son asked me these mental and I write down 1 to 10 and answers, afterthat, they need to correct them.  Dont forget write the name, no, date...he warns me.
Do you know chin dict....what is it?

IQ test,  one day morning, he asked me to choice A,B,C.  mutiple choice, they play IQ games at school
1) What things can float? A)key b) wood  C) rock
Do you know what else?
Today, eng dict  , he got one wrong - teacher

One method for remember daily school life is:-
you try to be his/ her students and your kids pretented teacher.  You asked him what are you doing first and then ....in school .
Do some mental test at home, you pretented his/her student and use a paper to writer 1 -10, let your kid remember and tell you the question.  They likes parents to talk with them and like to do IQ test.   Or you may ask to sing songs with you.    Pls try...

My son suddenly remembered the question this morning. He said it should be like that : 妹妹有19棵花, 淋了10棵, 仲有幾多棵未淋? 答案係9.  
Hopefully he got it rigth this time.

I asked my son with the same question, obviously his brain is so little as I can say.  He's totally forgotten and not able to answer the question.


By the way, they've learnt 2 digits minus 2 digits already?

I had the same question as you too , but my son insisted that was the question he had missed, so I just believed him; otherwise, he would be very upset if I didn't trust him.

Not so smart, I just talk and try to be his student.  He said Mr Lai (Mandarin teacher) asked them to read some word in Mandarin for revision.
Sing , Play,  Eat, Drink, Sit, Stand......He learnt from K2  , no new words to read, only revision all these.
But we cannot find the mandarin sys , right?
