I'm back.  對唔住, 好遲嘅祝賀, 祝大家新嘅一年身體健康, 啲仔女聽教聽話.  過年嘅時候忙著陪老媽子去拜年, 初四同老師行完山就病到而家, 仲未好, 真係年紀大機器壞, 公司又多嘢做, 想放病假都唔好意思.  好彩你地唔係傾咗好多嘢, 仲睇得切.

First of all, no need to say sorry as E.K. is only a place for leisure and no one will take attendance here.
No penalty will be imposed on you even though you did not show up for 2 weeks!!  

Meanwhile, regret to hear that you have been ill for some time.
But why didn’t you make use of the TSL network on E.K. and PM your symptoms to our “e-doctor” for advice??
Few months ago, flostangraphy’s cough was fully cured shortly after receiving e-doctor’s prescription.

你真係毒啦~  想我病到chat唔到 . 嗰日行山, 市區得9度, 又落雨, 好彩冇跌親, 我同呀女同老師都冇事, 呀女仲好開心話要再去.  淨係我老公好似玩滑梯咁跣咗落地, 因為啲泥路濕咗.  仲每隔唔夠一米就有牛便便, 大大份, 一路行一路避.  呀女嗰晚仲發夢因為避地雷而跌倒.  笑死我.  嗰日行足6個鐘, 行咗14公里, 對我嚟講已經係一年嘅運動量, 因為要跟著老師嘅步伐, 所以都行得幾快.  我覺得我都好叻架啦~

We nearlyhad to go "hiking" on 3rd day of CNY,
but voted 2:1 NOT to go (fortunately) !

雖然我就行得辛苦啲 (可能年紀大 ), 不過其實都好開心, 因為真係可以親親大自然, 好舒服, 雖然間唔中會落吓雨, 不過都係細雨, 同埋呀女都好開心, 我地仲行行吓熱到除埋件羽絨.  呢啲天氣去做hiking就當比個女一個小小嘅訓練 (其實好似係訓練緊我 ).

More likely you are the one being trained, seeing that your kid is in sports team and used to similar training.

其實我自己都鐘意行山呢啲活動, 吸收吓新鮮空氣, 影吓相, 有益身心嗎~  同埋個女都鐘意, 我覺得點都好過去行shopping mall,  所以雖然骨頭開始脆, 都誓死同呀女去呢啲地方玩.  當train自己, 等自己唔會咁怏老到行唔到 (雖然追著佢地行都好辛苦 )

You are right.

Hiking is a very good hobby for both parents and children.

1)        Most of us live in the “concrete jungle” and do not have adequate space for exercises.

2)        Even if there is some space at our residence, parents may be too busy at work and children may be too busy with their homework and computer games.  

3)        It’s better for our children to know more about the nature and the countryside around us.   
Sai Kung should be a very good place for hiking.

4)        We can really breather some “really fresh” air in the countryside that contains more oxygen and less carbon dioxide/monoxide.

5)        It’s also better for us to sweat sometimes and expel some waste from our bodies.

6)        It's basically free (no entrance fee ).  
The only cost we need to bear is the transportation.

Having said that, I may be a bit lazy in going for hiking, though I only do it occasionally!!

Wow!  You can list out so many good points.  你讀書時作文一定好犀利!!   

係呀! 平時呀女放假一係就要去學嘢, 做功課或者溫書, 都冇乜時間同佢去呢啲地方.  你知一去就要去成日, 同埋自己唔係好識路, 通常都係有人提議, 我先會去.  而且又平又健康. 啱哂我呢啲窮等人家.
