hi all SPN's mami..maybe it is too early to ask but I plan to apply SPN for my girl (in fact she is just about 7months right now).  Here are my questions:

1. what is format of interview?
2. does family background (like parents' education and career) count?
3. does SPN admit children who are living on kowloon side or even N.T.?
4. any preparation work can be done now or before the interview if luckily get one?

KaHei is a very clever girl wor! I sometimes hear E&Z singing songs about "Jesus" and the做運動"(早操歌)、"吹波波"等等 song also. Overall, I think E&Z are really enjoying their time at school. I think it makes a difference that they are slightly older than their other classmates. One of the teaching assistants told my husband that Zoe likes to "teach" the other children how to queue up because not all of them know how to do that yet but the other children think that she is pushing them so they get upset!

I will email further details about our gathering this Saturday but if any other mummies want to join, please do pm me.

1. what is format of interview? just observation mainly
2. does family background (like parents' education and career) count? hard to say but some parents say it makes a difference
3. does SPN admit children who are living on kowloon side or even N.T.? yes
4. any preparation work can be done now or before the interview if luckily get one? not really - I guess just trying to build on your bb's social skills and development so that she will not be shy at the interview

哈哈, KaHei 同 Emily、Zoe 都係一樣, 因為錢老師話佢有時好似做0左組長咁.......  

錢老師話佢, 有時仲好惡咁同老師講0野, 真係畀佢激死; 不過最近錢老師同 KaHei's mami、婆婆講, 近日情況已有所改善 !!   :cry:

Abbie was fever and on sick leave since last Sat, I think she still need to take rest tomorrow, hopefully, I can join the gathering on coming Sat

Vivian has also been on sick leave since last Thursday ah...Dr said she might be able to get back to school on Wed. I will wait until she is fully recovered. SPN mamis, take care of you angels.

For the gathering on Sat, I think I can join as my maid finally decided to stay for 2 more years.  Will pick her to renew contract the coming Sat morning.

yaya! Shanice goes "yup cha" everyday b4 she attends school. Now she only visit every weekend. Shanice can tell me all her classmates's names that are in the orange group too.
Only one main problem is that she still cry everyday      . and the noice that she create makes all the teachers in the school know that she's here. Ms Chin said she's the loudest in school ( crying) !!   
Her grandparents even bet with me that she'll cry until end of this semester.    

I hope our gathering will help her to enjoy her school life.

Heard that SPN is quite good (but difficult to get into it) and so I am planning to let my baby study in SPN.  He's currently 13 mths, any tips for the application/interview process?
