       鑒於新型冠狀病毒肆虐，教育局於二月十三日宣布全港學校繼續停課，而且不早於三月十六日復課，亦不鼓勵學校一定要進行中一自行分配學位面試。為減低病毒傳播風險，保障本校師生及參加面試者的健康及安全，本校法團校董會商議後，決定取消於2月29日舉行之中一自行分配學位面試。 雖然取消中一自行分配學位面試，本校仍會以公平、公正及公開的原則進行遴選。

鑑於疫情持續，教育局宣布學校最早將於3月16日復課，故原訂於3月7日的中一級自行收生面試將延至3月14日(星期六)舉行。為了保障申請者的健康，以及做好防疫措施，面試程序有以下的特別安排︰

面試將通過Zoom Cloud Meetings/Zoom Video Meetings 軟件在網上實時進行。

面試形式由小組討論改為個人面談，並請家長或監護人陪同參與。

面試分上午及下午兩節舉行。

面試時間等具體安排，學校將於二月底或三月初另行通知獲面試機會的申請者。

In view of the spread of the novel coronavirus, the school has due responsibility to ensure health and well-being, so we have decided to cancel the S.1 Admission Interviews, which was originally scheduled on March 7, in order to reduce the risk of infection in crowded places. A letter regarding the new arrangements and changes for S.1 Discretionary Places Admission has been mailed to parents last week. 因應新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的發展，教育局於2020年2⽉6⽇發信予學校，學校可按實際情況⽽對中⼀⾃⾏分配學位作出修訂。學校法團校董會於2020年2⽉7⽇開會，考慮停課影響及疫情的發展，對中
⼀⾃⾏分配學位作出以下修訂：

⎡取消⾃⾏分配學位⾯試 (原定2020年3⽉14⽇)，並修改評分準則為依據教育局提供之「申請學⽣成績次第名單」100%。」

依據上述修訂，若學⽣為正取，學校將於2020年4⽉7⽇＊，透過信件及電話通知家長，說明學⽣已被學校取錄。⽽未被學校取錄的學⽣，學校亦會寄信通知。(＊通知⽇⼦會按教育局公布⽽改動，請家

Introduction

In view of the latest development of the epidemic, the Education Bureau (EDB) has announced further deferral of class resumption to 16 March the earliest (subject to further assessment). Together with the consideration of the potential risk of spreading the diseases during the crowded practical test and close contact during interviews, the F.1 admission selection process is to be adjusted as follows:
