Hi, All Mum,

I bought the Super Mickey Set 6 months before. She's very much interested in it. But I doubt which language you'll use when you play the game card or the storybook CD with her. Sometimes she likes to take the book and asks me to read to her. Though my consultant said I can point the words when playing the storybook CD, my daughter is 21 month old and she just wants to  leaf the book to where she likes. One of my friends' girl use it from birth to now, she's 3 years old. It seems she confuses Cantonese with English. As in her speaking, some is English and some is Cantonese. When I ask her mother about this, she said she says Cantonese when using this system. Any suggestion? Thank you veru much!

My son is turning to 2 years old and has been using Super mickey set for more than 15 months.  I talk to my son in English all the way when I'm reading story book or using the playmate with him. He responses in English only not in Cantonese.  May be the whole family including my husband and the maid speak in English with him.  So he is not confused.

Hi All,
I just called WF for product exchange. The lady told me that their staff will inspect the products (she mean the level of damage) before replacement. I replace most of the SA and Story books because few pages were torn off in each book. Do u have the experience of rejected by WF when asking for product exchange?

I've the same experience last week.  But I asked their supervisor to call me directly cos I don't want to talk to the junior any more. Thereafter, someone called me and said the same old things as you stated in your message. However, the lady still let me exchange Basic programme VCD 1-12 all in one lot. My reason is if I bring all my damage stuffs to DWE for inspection, then my son has no VCD to watch until they replace them for me. I said no way. I want to exchange them all when I bring them in.

So, did you change your books yet? I also said to them what rule states that we can't change all books in one lot & what rule says that there will be inspection for goods when exchanging. I don't mind  there will be inspection for the damage goods. But I don't want my son has no books to read or no VCD to watch during their inspection period. One more thing is that I tell them I don't want to make 2 trips to exchange stuffs. One trip to drop off books for inspection, one trip to pick up new books. It will cause me inconvenience.

Try to argue with them then they will let you exchange with no problem.

由於佢地驚人換下換下變左有多一套,(出古或),所以咪唔比人一次過換太多Lor.

我同佢地買過晒啲鴨子及青蛙，佢地都話要我入信講點解．我同佢講，〔玩左成年，你知唔知好多細菌會走左入去嫁？〕佢地話：〔你出街買啲沖涼玩具都一樣係咁嫁啦！〕跟住我就甲乙佢，〔所以我一早掉晒個啲玩具啦，咁你有得買番咪買lor，你知唔知有SARS，同理咪叫做衛生呀？你得閒就同你上司反應下啦！〕跟住佢都比我買．

我見價錢可以接受，咪買返隻lor．

有時真係要甲乙（丙）佢地先安樂的．

剛才DWE打電話俾我，A weekend with Zippy滿額啦！我晨早入紙都無位，對方問我會不會考慮去天水圍，我話梗係不去啦！咁遠！她竟然話：「唔係呀！你住沙田，都有巴士去呀！」天啊！我又不是住市中心，你估架巴士行哂成個沙田咩！ :-x  :-x  :-x

鴨仔一對$20.都可以接受的.

我最後都有打去book Weekend with Zippy,不過都Full 在lor.所以去唔到.

其實一場唔係好多人的. 人頭計九十人.  有些人一家三口，四口咁參加，都係可以有３０個家庭出席一節．　以佢地有成２萬幾個家庭計，Full哂都好正常．　以我上次參加活動的經驗，細路仲少過大人．
