想問下已成功入讀CCKG的家長, 是否有必要報面試班? 見宣傳單張寫, 一次模擬面試都要$300... 可否分享一下

Answer : 面試班無用。

校長in 人係按生日選大仔大女先, that means : if your kids born in Dec, means no chance (except those have close relationship with them)!

Does this mean CCKG will interview all the older children first?

Is your child in CCKG?  I have spoken with a few CCKG mothers before and their comments invariably were:

- english is better than SC's, but no phonics,
- maths is similar to SC's
- chinese is weaker than SC's.
- the school is not very transparent, ie. you won't know what they have taught or going to teach, and you don't get to see the teachers much, but somehow the children are all very smart, independent & presentable.

Are these your comments/observations as well?

此外, 我見很多人都慕名而來想報考CCKG, 但聽聞此校透明度卻不高, 請問, 以過來人的經驗, 你覺得她是名不虛傳, 還是名不副實 或是中規中矩, 不過不失, 願聞其詳

相片中女士不是校長, 校長年紀比她年輕, 校長很好人,  經常在學校門口迎接小朋友上學, 如要一睹校長的風采, 不防多點路經此校. 我識有一小朋友年尾月出世都收左, 將小朋友最天真一面給校長就得架拉, 不用太刻意做太多令小朋友不自然的事, 至於面試班, 見仁見智, 自己衝量.
