Hi,

A personal profile is better than nothing especailly during the second interview. The most important thing is their performance during the first interview. They have to answer questions in both English and Putonghua. The teachers will rate them according to their performance.

The school will make ranking base on the rating of teacher. So, an outgoing, talkative, proactive will be  an advantage.

想問培僑係咪只收專業人士既小朋友? 我地一般做文職工作的會唔會取錄我地既小朋友呢

不會只收專業人士既小朋友，很多家長也是做一般文職工作的。最主要是面試表現，你既小朋友這麼精伶。面試肯定表現好的。

多謝你既回覆及對我囡囡既讚賞, 雖然囡囡現在讀緊K.1, 但已經開始留意小學既學校理念同教學模式, 培僑比我感覺好舒服, 我鍾意佢對小朋友在無壓力既環境下學習, 同埋更加欣賞佢地安排上午主導學術, 下午藝術既學習模式及理念, 我都希望囡囡有幸入到培僑這個大家庭, 不過囡囡性格比較慢熱, 對住陌生環境同人物都要適應一段時間, 我都知道這點是比較理虧, 所以我常常鼓勵佢主動一點, 希望出年interview時表現好d啦!

seemed like they watched different videos last year, at least one in Eng and one in PTH, then answered questions.  But the school changed the formats a bit every year.

We are so happy that our kid got accepted as G.1 in 2010-2011. We are going to register on July 11. However, I am worried that there is no school bus coming to our home. Whom do you think I can talk to so that we can arrange the school bus to come to our home? Many thanks.

我上咗學校網頁，見到表格已經可以download，介簡會將會9月18日，我剛剛打電話去學校問，職員話時間未確實，但是過往都會安排在下午。

我仔仔將會在2011年入讀小一，我都會安排仔仔報考，但係我真係好擔心面試。因為我哋兩公婆和仔仔都不是太標青，我真的害怕自己應付不來。有無人可以幫幫我教我怎樣準備才好！

我反而覺得無名次, 對家長和小朋友來說少了一重壓力. 而且學校鼓勵小朋友跟自己比較.

事實上, 老師派發評估時, 有時會由最高分的派起, 大概猜到自己小朋友的"位置". 當然要小朋友有留意, 回家又肯講返俾媽咪聽才得.

我一直有留意培僑／港大同學會呢類敢創新有創意的happy school，請問：
（1）G5/G6高小是否較易插班？朋友個女兒的mix同學仔被國際學校勸予離開，因為英、數、中尤其係行為都好唔惦，但Pkc就收佐插班G5，是否好似蘇浙或蔡繼有、港大同咁外籍／mix容易被取錄？
（2）pkc有冇國際班，中文相對易d？

你好，

首先我不知道這個同學插班的事, 所以無從評論。不過據我所知，PKC 很重視英語及中文能力。
