Full time mom 仲辛苦過上班時，我成日要出去接送上course，又熱浪迫人 ！

各位家長：

唔知近培正邊處好住d？我想搵唔太舊既私人樓 ，最好within 10 yrs 都可以。:) 大約370-430萬左右。

我睇過: 新雅閣(比較舊)、浩文苑(比較舊)、御龍居、君逸山(比較遠)、翠林雅軒、松亭閣(比較舊)、賀賢居、百利達廣場(比較細)、欣圖軒(夾居質素唔係咁好、環境OK)、雅麗居(比較遠).... :D... 最近地產推介文翠閣喎。

我自己層未放，仲傾緊，但成數好高。所以四出搵盤。幾個月前搵過但睇唔岩。而家自己經濟好轉左，又想再搵過。

以上我地覺得翠林雅軒最好！ :loveliness:

搵緊盤既大家,

太平道十分convenient, 搭車(bus, KCR, MTR, taxi), shopping, eating etc. 但空氣唔好, many bars, no parks etc

文翠閣係正何文田街，呢條街我喜歡但少適合既盤。翠林雅軒好少盤揀，咁新既樓多自住，而單幢式同賀賢居一樣，冇乜盤揀。 而且，我感到最近兩者d業主開價較高。

似乎御龍居就價錢同早幾個月差唔多，仲係4千幾蚊呎。呢處我都諗緊。翠林雅軒/賀賢居/百利達都成5千5蚊以上，其中我認為百利達最唔值。翠林雅軒就較好，又近培正！

太平道/勝利道都方便，但我未睇岩盤呀！明天我再去睇睇先。:loveliness:

Hope you guys don't mind I suddenly jumped into your topic.  I am also one of 孟母, we just moved to Whampoa Garden for the convenient of my son going to school.  However we found it also takes an hour for the school bus. So we are now planning to move to HMT if possible.  We site visited so many flat at HMT street, HMT Hill, but still couldn't find one which could meet our criteria and budget.  Some of them are too old or otherwise too expensive.  I also worried about the traffice, as I am working at Admiralty, most likely I would need to transit to MTR station, so I really afraid the traffic always jam in th morning.  Pls. advise if anyone knows the situation.

So far, my husband like Ka Fai Mansion the most amongst all the flats we visited.

Thanks!  My little sweetie's fever already retreated, red reashes were spreaded all over his body and head.  I think sooner or later he will recovered completely.

==> If 我早識你 and 知你想搬近學校我就一定唔 recommend  你搬去 Whampoa , not becos the flats are not good, 而係 Whampoa 條校車線係最大既線 (cover HMT, Kowloon City etc) 因為好多小朋友住 nearby 的, 架校巴係成 4/50 人個d大巴添架, 好耐下架 (以前係, 唔知今年人數了, 多人就會用大巴啦) 因此, 睇你好唔好彩係頭站定尾站喇...嘩....真係成個HMT/九龍城兜完先番學校的, 同美孚出爭唔到 10 mins, 好似你話齋, 一陣塞起上黎仲冇美孚一上荔橋就到咁快添架....

timma 都係 whampoa 友, 問問佢 to know more routes to go from WP to PC la.....her son is K2 this year in Sep

你由 WP back to office in the morning 都真係 MTR 穩陣d啦, or 你唔 mind 早d出門口紅隧都得既, 你 Admiralty 已快過我喇...

We site visited so many flat at HMT street, HMT Hill, but still couldn't find one which could meet our criteria and budget.  Some of them are too old or otherwise too expensive.  
==>HMT d 樓係咁架喇...冇乜新樓, 好多好舊的, 唔係真係心水盤想買的話, 可以考慮先租, feel 下個社區係點先, then 再慢慢揀啦.

==> if normally 8am 前出門係 OK 的, no need to worry too much ar....WP 住係真係唔錯的, 不過對返 PC 冇乜實際幫助,因為唔係直車到, 但個社區又真係幾好的, 第日有 MTR should be better la.

好彩你係到，我老公重諗下第時呀囡大d唔住何民田，住Whampoa添。
==> WP 本身係一個 well developed community, 所以住係真係唔錯的, 起碼要乜有乜 (除左 MTR, but will have one soon la) , 只係若以"返 PC 為 focus" 佢就未必係 the best choice 了, 因為 so far 只有 bus no 7B 可以到 (但班次都好疏下的), or 都有 a few van 線, 但班次比較難 control , so 難免都係要倚賴校車

有d mom may think , 咁不如約埋 take taxi ar...咁我可以又話你知又係 by luck only la..因為 WP is close to PC , 朝早 peak hour 你唔係咁易個 driver 肯賺 only $2x 錶車你黎的, 佢地個個係等遠程客, 好鬼煩的 (我知因為呢幾個 week 我係調轉由 PC here 去 WP 帶大彥返教協夏令營嘛), 試過半個鐘都截唔到 taxi 的, 唔肯車呀, 衰到死...:tongue:

你依家住呢樹 OK ar..at least got van to come down, 反而你可以諗諗沿佢地校車線 (我係指要尾站個d wor) 去 think move 去邊就真, 遠少少都唔怕啦, 係 last few stations 就 OK ga (真係要 move 的話), e.g 美孚...你咪睇佢遠, 佢係尾站, 一收完仔就上橋 back school 真正唔兜路就到, 呢類地方就 OK lor...otherwise 可考慮到時女女都大喇, 其實真係遠少少都 OK 的, i.e. 只要係一程車就到既都可以考慮, cos 我都有諗過架, so Kowloon Tong (有 bus 208, 7, 同好多由 shatin 出既 bus , 全部 PC 門口落, good back up other than school bus), 一係就沙田, 都係一條路就到....一係就九龍站個邊, 有架好密既 green van 74..etc...try think think 呢個方向可能又諗得通架...brainstorming ar ma....

If I know you earlier, I won't move to Whampoa, I do so disappointed about the bus route from Whampoa.  I though it is very close, so we give up our own apartment and move to Whampoa.  Whampoa is good for living, but doesn't serve my purpose to convenient Keane to go to school.  Lucky that we just rent, so we may consider to move again next year.  When my husband knew I know some PC parents who live in HMT, he asked me to get more information about the transport, because he afraid it would be tough for me to go to work if the traffic at HMT is always jam.  He would be OK anyway, because his office is in Hunghom.  You are right, even if you live at Kwan Chung, the transportation time is even shorter.    The most perfect location is 港灣豪庭, you could get on the last stop whilst get off the 1st.

Can you pls. PM me re. the transportation, which flat is worth to buy and which one is not.  I visited one which is facing 公主道 where it is very noisy.  But my hb loves there because the area is very practical.  Thanks a lot!

==>係架, 我次次都同d想搬個d家長講, 一係你就唔好搬, 要搬 (若真係為小朋友而言) 就要搬到去d可以用對腳行得到個d 地方, 唔係的話就唔一定要黎 HMT , 因為有d地點, e.g. 爵士花園, 帝庭園, 佢地都係 HMT 架, 京士柏個頭之嘛, 不過你都係要坐車, 行就實行到傻, 同 WP similar lor, 唔湯唔水, 兩頭唔到岸, 我會寧願一係搬遠少少坐番校車算數, 好過行又行餐死, 坐車又 dum dum 轉.

==> 若你係住 Waterloo Road 呢帶e would be OK 既, 因為我地多數都係 walk 去 YMT MTR, 去到 MTR 就唔怕 jam la, 都叫做多條路走 (雖然行去都要好天哂, 落雨淋架), 若住上 HMT 上面 (i.e. 俊民苑) 個邊就要轉 van 了, 但個樹既環境就好寧靜.


The most perfect location is 港灣豪庭, you could get on the last stop whilst get off the 1st.
==>大角咀都唔係 a bad chioce, 不過好衰的, 有架 bus 10 由 彩雲出去 Olympic City 就好正 (由培正 back home 方向), 但又冇車搭番去架 wor, 好鬼煩, 所以你要去奧海城方向都係要靠校車.  港灣係唔錯, 不過d人係介意佢近"大酒店"之嘛, 你唔 mind 的話, 都幾企理的.

呀, 之前有another mom 提醒我, 我想問下, 你地個 swimming pool 係咪暖水架, 冬天開唔開的? 因為我醒起要為d仔冬天 learn swimming 打算下 bor, 因為依家我地學緊個雅記 swimming pool 係露天的, 冬天應該唔開的了, 但若我唔想去 public 個d covered swimming pool 就要先諗定 contingency.

必要時你地個邊開, 我可以諗諗去你地個邊...

To all moms:

我而家住紅磡半島豪庭，日後搭校車需時長，同埋間屋比較細，所以我再次搵近培正既盤。呢排阿女 join YMCA d camp，我咪有d時間再去睇下。:D

我都感到可行番培正會理想一d。今日睇左御龍居700幾呎單位，聽日老公放假，會再睇下同諗清楚d。:)

因我會自己送飯，所以可行番培正最好！
