Thanks to Horace mama for compiling the name list. How is Horace now? Eugene also got a flu last week and cough like hell. After seeing doctor, he is much better now. The weather recently keep change a lot, everyone pls take care.

The school bus we take is #4, they did change one auntie but not anymore. Eugene likes both auntie.

Hi Hokkaido, good to see you again. I guess I have seen your sons too on the first week... they can be recognized easily.

Hi Babyu, thanks. Horace is doing fine. He's very happy with school.  He got a cold last week and is almost 90% recover now.  Lots of children get sick in this kind of weather.

Hi Cyrus, Horace is taking bus #5 and the auntie has not been changed.

Hi JaimeBB, yes, Horace needs to take 1 hour school bus each way.  It's lucky that he likes to watch cars so he's ok with the arrangement.

Andrew takes school bus #1, the auntie has not been changed and Andrew likes her very much.  I think she is nice too.  Andrew is the 1st one to get on, and the last one to get off, so he'll be in the bus for a very long time.  He usually sleeps in the return trip and the auntie is holding him.

Andrew talked about Eugene yesterday.  Then I asked him which group does Eugene belongs to, he said Rabit group.  He just told me that Eugene did not bring latern to school.

btw, does any of you knew that children were supposed to bring latern and festive food to school yesterday?  Andrew didn't tell us about it.  We bought him a latern last weekend, and he got very excited.  He said he wanna show it to school bus Auntie.  At first we just allow him to bring downstairs and asked bun bun to bring it back home afterwards.  But then bun bun let him bring back school since another kid from higher class said that they should bring latern to school, so she let Andrew brought his.  When bun bun called me after school, saying that Andrew left his latern at school and was crying, I called Ms Wong trying to explain to her that we're not intending to let Andrew bring toys to school, but she told me that she had asked children to bring fruits and latern, but only 3 of them brought it.  She'll return the latern to them on Thur.

Hi there

Regarding the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was a note from the teachers stuck on the handbook on Friday telling us to bring a lantern, fruit or moon cake etc on Tuesday?  I think they have a party sometime this week.  

Anyway, I'm sure they'll have fun.

We do not have notice on that.  When my Bun Bun told me, I also thought that the school should have notice for parents if they are asking children to bring anything for class, but when I called up Ms WONG yesterday, she told me that she just announced it in class last Fri as she was trying to train up children to tell their parents.  But she also said that she had distributed notices yesterday, after discovering only 3 children bring laterns.

When I checked the school bag yesterday after work, I found that it was just a small note posted on the folder, reminding parents to bring latern and festive food.

Miss Wong of AM Class A just called me.  The functions for Oct are as follows:

Oct 6 - Mid-autumn festival party (notice distributed today)
Oct 13 - Birthday party
Oct 27 - Halloween dress up party

On 3 Oct, there was a small notice sticked on the folder reminding the kids to bring lantern, mooncake & fruits to the class for 4 Oct. Eugene did bring them to the school and the lantern was back yesterday (5 Oct), it was strange that some of you seems did not receive the notice.

Anyway, happy mid autumn festival to you all !!
