I was offered a pm seat last Friday. Still 15/16 whether to take it as my girl is studying in a caring kinder (just one month, so I am not quite sure how caring it is, but it is well known for its caring and P1 allocation). The beauty of international education is obvious and the cons also - financial and Chinese. We plan to send our kids back to Canada in secondary 1, or 3, thus my family all suggested me to stay in local school, and save the money for future use. It made no difference if they will study aboard eventually. However, the P1 game already driven me crazy. I can't imagine parents nowadays are so well planned, though they put their kids in local kinders, they joined outside English classes three times a week, music class, drama, sports, competing in different games for cert, exam etc. my girl likes to observe and studied at her own pace. She is definitely not those interview lovables. Sigh, our education system.
