Hilda,

Pls dont worry about anything else.  You think who can handle the shipping job well in your firm?   The girl who dont have so much experience.   That she must not quite good enough to do.   If she has any queries that she will ask for yr boss.   & Your boss will request you to handle again.    The girl know the account duties?   No la.   If yes, you will be fire on that day.    As per the rules that you should receive 3 warming letter & have the better reason for termination.  Otherwise, you can punish for them for compensation.

Dear Mum,

They start to have the summer holiday & get the reports.  So, we will rcv the call at the end of the Aug which class that they will study for P.4.   I hope it is not very hard.  Bcz my son 超發夢.

Does she know the accounting matters?   Would you talk with your boss individually for these matter.  & You can know what the decision that he will make for your prospect.   You should not think what she likes doing.   Go ahead to verify with your boss with the polite attitude.

No, she doesn't.
I think that my boss want to stop our agruement only, so he let her to do shipping matter even he knew her without experience.

I think your boss have the wrongly concept.  He does not know about the management matter.  So, he will get many problem if she does the wrongly things.   So, you ought to talk with boss for the jobs & about the company.

My son did 21 pages until today.
I hope he will finish within this month as he
joined summer course (start from 13/7/09),
they have 3 hrs for him to do the holiday homework each day.

Hilda,

Dont consider the job matter, we are having summer holidays now.   We are no need to worry about our kids's homework, test, Dict or Exam.   We should enjoy our life for these two months.  You should think that you have the summer holidays for your job too.  

Enjoy.  Release.   Be happy!

Hilda,

My husband ask Andy wake up 7:00 on tdy morning.  He does the internet homework,  he starts to do the summer holidays homework for the maths at 7:30- 10:00 included the breakfast time.   He does all in some miner mistakes.   Then, he starts to do the chapter for G.S.  -  Oh My gods,
he forget so many things but he finishes on the tutor centre.  I think he should do the correction within this week.
