every monday: only 2 pages of sheet ( done with parents)--- submitted on next Monday.

Tue : Activity book A(ENg) + drawing line book
Wed: Chinese activity book + oxford activity book 1A
Thu : forgot to record the names.
Fri : should be all. forgot to record the names.

my maid always cooks the beef very hard,, i don't know how to make it soft? she already added a lot of power , no salt, but only some soya sauce. Any tips?

also, Moses always loves eating, after a bowl of rice, he said he is hungry and asks for a piece of bread.. so do you think I should stop him? I am afraid he will be a fat boy.. also, sometimes he can continue eat .. fruit, bread, biscuits..

By the way, what kind of playgroup she is attending now? now besides Km choir, how many other ECA she has ? I will let Mo Mo try painting class in next month. Will Safari join again - Picasso?

That is an English playgroup held by her former nursery NET. Dr. Chiu told us to stop all her ECA during weekdays, don't suggest her to have exercise indoor area with air-con!

ref Picasso..... if possible, you choose the course held by " siu yu jeh jeh"!

Regarding the beef, according to my experiences mostly I will put soy sauce, cornstard, little wine and oil for marninated, and before cook I will add some water before stir fry, you can ask your maid try to do in this way, besides, how did your maid slice the beef?  this is very important.  

On the other hand, you also can ask your maid to use meat tenderizer to pound the beef before marninate.

thanks... I will tell her and try again. But sometimes she said she will buy the beef from supermarket which are already sliced, so believe they won't cut in wrong direction. You  know, I don't know how to cook ..

Re picasso, I know there is a class at around 10:00 to 11:00, but for sure that it is for 3 years. let me check later. if i picked weekday, will safari join? I hope she can study with Mo Mo.
