It is no one but you to make this gamble for your daughter !   There is one of third chance to be enrolled for an applicant with 20 pts. I think.
Certainly I had chosen 4 private schools for her to apply for a safe, they are GH. DGJS, SFA & TAK NGA.
As I like my daughter to be studied in a catholic school, I sent her application for an interview there
(with DGJS). For your reference, please read the relaite useful site  :  life.mingpao. com   -  item No.6
It can show you some past interviews on famous private schools, the information is very precise and useful.  The interview test of SFA is the hardest and fairest of all,  during this year, they asked candidates to do 6 papers for 3 main subjects with a simple oral test.   
maths  -  just counting
eng      -  spell the words of a face
               mouth, eye, nose & ear
chinese -  re-arrange 2 sentences and write it down
oral test- answer her 2 public transportations

Your daughter is welcome to be a SRL's girl, let me share that past interview for K1 admission with you.
On the day of interview, all parents needed to answer a sheet of paper with 5 or 6 questions about the school background,  parent guide & kids' relationship etc.....  And on the same chamber (held in the primary lobby), they already put some little tables with chairs for candidates.  There were a lot of toys and books on those tables.  May be 6 or 8 children arranged as a group to interview all together. They asked them some eas......y questions relating to name of food, color, shape and so on.....    The interviewer was kind enough to bring my daughter out of the test room, she told to my wife my daughter is very clever as I was doing paper,   we knew our daughter had been enrolled then.

Yes, My daughter and I are also baptized.  Her applying for P.1 admission result as follows :
1) GH            -   in waiting list
2) SFA           -  admitted
3) TAK NGA    -  admitted
4) DGJS         -   waiting for the result on Dec 21 ?

Try your best to teach your BBs, you will be proud of them !

其實我兩個很出色的朋友都係SRL Kinder 出品。
一個升SRL Primary --->SRL Sec
一個去St Mary .P..-->St Mary Sec-->Standford U

他們會考都是FULL "A"

所以希望我個女得啦！！！！

You said you planned to apply for a place K1-2007/2008 for yr daughter who's born on Dec 28, 2004.  Did you take the application form already ?
I just would like to remind you that it had been retrieved last month according to the school news.  Although the lessons in K1 is easy and simple, but your baby (age not more than 3 years old when she goes to kindergarten on coming September) is too young to study.   
Thanks for your compliment for St. Rose of Lima and answer you more ....    your kid together with other candidates attends to the interview, none of a parent will be allowed to accompany.  Your daughter will not cry as you are in her eye sight for a distance within 10 to 20 feet only.  Don't worry too much !

她一月開始返N1, 我諗會好D.
而我女屬於細B,到明年九月就2歲8個月...
如果入到的話，我諗SRL的教學方法,Zoe 應該可接受。

You're one of the senior writers who already make useful news and guides on several blogs in some Bk chambers.  I think you can look after and teach your kid(s) well, and I would like to share the experience of childminding of my daughter to you.  She has only been learning to read and to write Chinese every Friday for almost 4 years.  Without a special course for P.1 admission she attended, but I ask her to read all her textbooks once every weekday !
