For examples, (i) "an" interviewer but not "a" interviewer; and (ii) not they would also "failed", it should be they would also "fail" or "be failed".  Don't write any incorrect English here as some of the readers are still students that would be influenced by incorrect English especially yours which is so special and interesting.

The issue here is someone shows to be a pro.  So be a pro, everything from her should also be professional including English.

我同妳並很多人一様都想做EC嘅家長，只不過我識得一些EC P1 & F1嘅家長。
我哋同妳一様都未交自行，甚至未塡，都唔知塡邊間。
不過，昨天靈修讀到詩103，神話：
「我的心哪、你要稱頌耶和華、不可忘記他的一切恩惠...
他用美物、使你所願的得以知足...
父親怎樣憐恤他的兒女、耶和華也怎樣憐恤敬畏他的人。」

我相信神會體恤、憐恤每位祂的兒女，並用美物(good things)、使所願的得以知足。

希望大家唔使咁緊張啦！

David,  Thank you for the sharing.

To all, I am excited to see so many parents who are so enthusiastics to have their kids to receive education from EC, and I am glad that I am one of them.  We all share the belief that this school would be run well under Principal Vincent Lo.  But don't foget, if our kids can study in EC, we, the parents, should join effort to make the school better - not just leave our kids to EC or Principal Lo with our hands clean.

Regarding how EC sets its marking scheme for this interview, as long as they are fairly applied to all kids, I am okay.  There is no absolute right or wrong - they are just one of the many ways to assist them to solve this problem: 700 applicants for 140+ places.  

I also see some negative comments to Jovis.  In fact, I appreciate the participation of Jovis and her candid sharing.  We all can choose to agree or disagree, but do not take it personal.  For I believe that Jovis does not intend to discourage any of us here, but to provide what she knows so that if something bad happens to us, we would not feel so bad for we have prepared already.

As per my posting after the interview, my girl may not get enrolled in this first round.  But I will try in the second round and I am still happy for the first round enrolled kids and parents.  

I shall keep on reading this forum (I bookmark this as my favourite) and hope to see all good news from all of you.
