Dear SPN's mamis,

Shanice is still crying every morning of not going to school     We need to "fight" to make her wear her uniform. She even lost her appetite. She only drinks 1 oz of milk in the morning if she needs to attend school on that day.    
I'm so worried  & I can feel she's under pressure.

Sorry I cannot remember if Shanice has been to school before SPN - if this is her first time at school without anyone accompanying her, I think it is still normal for her to be crying la. It is very tough on them. If she has been to school before, then maybe there is a hidden reason why she does not like school. Maybe it is too early for her to wake up and she is still very tired in the morning ? Maybe she does not like to sleep at school - Emily was like that in the beginning and told me she didnt want to go to school because she wanted to sleep at home. I explained to her that Ms Lau will not force her to sleep if she dosent want to but if she dosent want to sleep, she should just sit there and take a rest and not disturb the other children. Emily now climbs into the bed by herself after their lunch. Hope Shanice begins to like her new school soon

I think it will be a big rush for you if you only arrive at noon as they finish school at 11:25 so I think the gathering would be straight after. Do you plan to pick up Shanice from school that day anyway? Maybe we can try another date?

Can any SPN parents advise me that how many applications forms received to flight for how many seats this year?  I just thinking about the chance be admitted to this school.

Charlotte was late for 10 minutes.  Her daddy drove her to Kln Tong Station (it was 8:15am!) and my sister who works in Central took her to school be MTR.
Finally, they arrived school at 8:55am.  The main door was closed.  Then the lady who's always stands in the office (I think) asked my sister to sign the book.... :cry:  :cry:
I told my husband off when I knew    .........but.....he did many silly things today.  Anyway, he may be too busy recently la..

九龍塘返學, 可以嘗試搭火車去紅磡, 轉隧巴(102)0係維園落車, 正常情況下, 應該會快過搭 MTR !!

application forms 可以在網上 download ,大約在每年3月頭, 不過要親身交表.
每年n 1 大約收54位小朋友 ,到 n 2 每班會收多5~6 位小朋友,從 apply n 1 form選.
你的小朋友是7月出生, 機會有40 %
還要看一下父母背景.因為學費比較貴.

我囡囡(她是 2月出生)那一班6 月後出生不多,只有5 or 6個,多數是早一年出生的小朋友,或者是她們的姐姐以往/現在讀此校.

因為我同月bk媽咪會有位媽咪囡囡我們是一起 apply , 但只有我囡囡可以 interview; 你們可能沒有留意,學校在5月 interview ,只會用2 日 interview 她們已選好了的54 位小朋友父母去接見的,不會浪費時間去接見其他.

Hi SPN Mami,

I would like to ask whether the SH Commerical Bank has debited you $50 set-up fee for auto-pay.  I note from previous message that SPN has special arrangement with the bank and the fee can be waived. And I just noted from my bank book that it has been debited...

I called the bank's customer service centre and the staff said there is no such arrangement.  Just would like to check if this is the case.  And he told me that starting from Sep, the bank will charge $50 for a/c balance less than $5000 in a month.  But for SPN students who have auto-pay arrangement, this can be waived - not sure whether to trust him or not...

I got the similar answer from SH Comm Bank too. The bank (SH Comm Bank) will charge you $50 for opening each autopay a/c .  It was SPN was told me that the fee should be waived not the bank.

Regarding the charges for a/c bal. less than $5000, I didn't receive any info from the bank yet. I think they should have let the people know  whoever have opened an a/c  over there by mail.

Anyway, I need to transfer the school fees coming this Sat & I'll double check with the banks (HSBC & SH Comm Bank) as I decide to set an auto transfer ./. these two banks.

The bank said written notice on new charging policy will be issued, but they have not put the latest special arrangement with SPN in the letter.  So have to trust him woh...

Already check with SH Comm Bank that there won't be any charges for A/C less than $5000 dollars. The only  charge for the bank is the setting up of autopay which is HKD 50. Kindly pls don't pay exact amount of school fees but pay $50 dollars more if you are setting up an autopay.
