haha, I do remember you, you are my neighbour.
my son has not started Keen Mind , he will start K1 in coming Sept. will your son attend am class or pn class? I can ask my friend who is living in Tseung Kwan O center( forgot the correct name)..and get back to you. But i know the timing is not so long, only 35-40 mins to KM from her stop.

Is your kid studying in St.Cat k1 already? or do you have younger one will be in k1 coming Sept?
for me, the reason was posted on page 16 in this topic, you can click and read.
Btw, my son was on waiting list of SC, and before Sc was my dream school... but now I have already 移情別戀    , maybe KM is more suitable for my son.

   PHmami.. ...always catch you!!! I will attend KM's interview on 22/4.... don't know any chance ga! But recently, I suddenly want my gal study at pm time..... because my hb go home very lateeeeeee everyday.... if my gal study in kln tong and am class..... I think they will not meet each other from Monday to Friday ar!! It is not good for a kid who only see her father in weekend!

I read your comment already, thank you so much.
Yes, my daughter is studying in SC now, how do you know?   Since my elder daughter is quite independence and active, as you said SC has so many students, but still ok to her.  But for my youger son, so shy, bab temper, need more care, that's why i still hesitate between SC & 劍鳴.   In between, how come you think that 劍鳴 is more suitable to your son?  Please share.  I still have no idea how to choose.

I saw the SC k1 thread was just below Km 06k1 thread in the kindergarten front page during my lunch, then I saw you just posted messages in both topics that's why I know.

Since my son hasn't studied in both schools yet, and I just gathered a lot of info from different sources- BK, friends, some professionals..

In my case, my son is a bit shy, passive, needs to warm up , also he is Sept born so he cannot be so outstanding in SC even I can get a seat. also, one of the reason is same as you that you concern.

From my research, a lot of km moms said the teachers are so caring to the students , and the small size of the class /the nbr of the students of k1 will be an advantage.
Sc is good school and famous, reputable, that's why I treated it as my target school. However, to his character, I know under KM's environment, he can be trainned up to be more independent, opened, active, more presentative .. So I would say it is better to find a suitable school for the kid rather than perusing the famous brand.

As I understand that not all people are suitable to carry a Gucci bag.   ..

besides, is your younger one attending any pre-nursery school? I think it is so useful as my boy has been improved after he goes to PN class near my home, now he became more active, talkable at home; However, within a big group of boys/girls, he is still passive.

hi monmantong..... do you know KM's PTA's teachers are native speaker or not ar? Do you think KM can train kids more self-confident?

My girl is quite interesting..... most kids like to pretend adult and win games..... but when we are playing role... she likes to be the victims or bb...... or someone to be "help"... .... when playing games, she likes to be a loser.... ..... if she win, she cried to change to be the loser......    ???? Is she not having self-confidence?????

I think around mid July, as Km said they will send letter to us around July and invite us to attend a talk about new students.
btw, are you confirmed to let your kid in KM? which class? pm /am? boy or girl.. as I have list on page one .
