咁得意，冇去in都有信？

我諗學校的書記根本未有能力處理咁多申請。講真，今時今日的資訊年代，學校想向大眾發放消息，只需要在學校的網頁公布，根本是很容易的事。如果這樣都有難度，負責學校website的同事都唔係好惦wor!

處理小一申請亦已運作多年，都沒有改善，看其運作亦估計到學校的管理麻麻。各位真係好想入讀的家長，真係要好好了解播道。

I just don't understand what is the purpose of that question....are they intent on accepting only students of parents who are pure at heart?

I am facing similar issue... the teacher is not very focus when I talk to him. After I answered both questions, he just said ok then that's it. Not even asking me any question. A bit disappointed to the quality of the teacher.

Agree. 我覺得名過於實.

但平心而論, 學生/家長質責頗高, 這是我喜歡的原因.

Agree with you. 我覺得自己完全不被重視.

如果正如之前其他家長所說, in 我的不是老師, 我更不明白:這是什麼道理？是為了應酬我嗎?

I got my reject letter. Was a bit disapointed that they don't have waiting list! true or not?  I guess the sucessful ones are really smart plus "well-trained".  
We should be grateful, as my daughter was well treated as she said she received a lot of praise from the teacher.
besides, I don't think they really count the parents' interview.

當初對這學校有過希望,愛孩子和著重生命教育,,,,,,但在這數次的親身經歷,在簡介會當天我倆公婆早半小時入座,分配坐位時段仍不多人亦沒有人排我後面我也再三提醒老師我們坐位訂了現塲,她也說現塲因我知有些遲登記要看霓視、點知當聽到校長說話為可不見台有人坐位也空空人不多?原來老師真弄錯簡介會開始我也沒去找為何會這樣?
但今次公怖過程實在不尊重面試的小朋友和家長,時間過了如有家長問可正面回答或上網公佈什麼也沒有!

我都收到reject letter 了.
老師都有問我地同樣問題, 但我已經同佢講我地一間所謂名校都無報過, 個老師同我地傾得好好, 問我地如何看現今的港童問題, 我都覺得我地答得唔錯, 同埋個老師都無周圍望, 都好respective. 所以我唸未必只是看家長這part. 但我問我仔, 佢話佢識答晒d問題, 所以我都唔知間學校的interview standard.

不過算啦, 我老公唔係太鐘意呢間學校, 我同佢講唔係幾開心, 因為收到第3間reject哪, 佢仲要話 :
"車! 邊個叫你報咁多間呀?"
個刻真係幾hurt, 收到reject letter 已經hurt, 仲要比佢話我好報咁多間, 一句安慰說話都無, 你估我自己玩自己? 仲要比$$學校玩自己同個仔咩? 真係比佢吹到啤啤聲.....

This is a basic thing....that you respond to people, basic communication skills............

The attitudes.........are.... are they serious in treating people that feel interested in their school?

What kind of attitudes???

Pride and prejudices.... see themselves too high.....

我都係, 個女同我地個part都答得好好，個老師同我地傾得好好,真的不知他們的收生標準．　昨日收到的應該全是reject letter, 因為係自行收生供報之前，有一段freeze period（大約兩星期前），DSS係不可以reg，因DSS要send d學生名去教署話個學生withdraw大抽獎．我地咁遲至收到信，所以應該全是reject letter．
好似佢地有第二輪收生．

I heard last year successful parents' sharing:

1) They repeatedly wrote to the principal before the release of the results by adding new information of their kids and saying to the school that they have abondoned the offer from other school (if they have one, showing the reply slip)

2) They got accepted probably with this kind of "strategies" and they are "diehard fans" of this school..

So, if this is your cup of tea, please do try these strategies and you may get one seat from them....

Come On Parents, Go to "beg your seats""...

Then if this is your cup of tea, go to "knock" and beg the seat. They are ready.. They are asking you to get back your folder any time before end of Nov..

These are opportunities...if this is your cup of tea.

By the way, if you are dissatified with the whole process of P1 interview, you can reveal your opinions to the school of course and also reveal your voices to the Education Development Office at Sai Kung District.....

Of course you can reveal both strengths and limitaions of this school....


Of course you can reveal your anger and suspicions on their possible "violations"......I am not sure, but may be....

Oh, it's so strange that I still haven't received any letter from them.  Didn't they send out all letters by 2 Nov???

We are still thinking but for sure we won't beg for the seat by approaching the principal daily.  I have sent out 1 knocking letter already.  I think I will send 1 or 2 more.  If there's no feedback, forget about it.

I think I am not extremely like the school but this school is average.  No need to worry it's too high in spiritual or academic.  Just average.

第一輪 9/10 第二輪 23/10 唔輪到家長揀, 但係第一輪in 完已經喺 22/10 收到offer, 咁對第二輪in 的小朋友好唔公平喎

況且, 我暫時未見到 23/10 in 的家長話收到offer, 如果真的只留少數甚至無位留比第二輪的小朋友, 咁小朋友幾叻都冇用

EC 係我既 first choice, 佢reject 我係有少少失望, 因為我報了三間, 一間有offer, 一間有sec-in, 我相信我的小朋友表現好好, 偏偏EC 就reject 了

same here, 老師in我時都係問完又問，針住一題不停打轉，一般黎講，家長答唔中佢理想答案，佢比隻膠叉就得，不停追住問，都唔知佢想點。

校方要知道，老師in緊家長之餘，家長同時亦係in間學校。講真，in完我對老師既質素好有疑問，當然佢都唔係咁滿意我，因為我都無offer ，我同ec都算係因誤會而結合(當初係道聽途說走黎考)，因了解而分手(大家響interview發現彼此唔係對方杯茶。

昨晚都收到reject litter我一面睇一面笑(一早已預左),阿仔問我笑咩,我話EC寄來的信唔收你,不過唔係你唔叻,只係你不是學校想收那類型。可能已經拖的太耐反而無感覺。諗返由初初接觸這間學校時鐘意,到簡介會對於校長答2條問題自己心都係有個問號(1.有家長問甘你哋係英文小學但又無外籍老師?校長:一個教中文叻架老師會唔會去第2個國家教。2家長問EC中學有無標準收返自己小學的學生?校長:我哋中學會收返所有小學架學生。)。接著面試的情形其實都幾亂,同咩正如其他媽咪所講感覺唔到老師係有回應。最後就係取錄程序。不過選擇學校就好像選擇老公各花入各眼,鐘意架入到直得慶祝。對這學校由鐘意到失望架其實都直得慶祝,總好過入完讀左才後悔。1月個前我自己計畫過萬一EC唔收,而自己首選學校又唔收,12月會再去叩門。但現在都決定左唔會再去叩門,即然心中有問號又唔係鐘意就無胃再去同有心人爭。希望到最後大家的小朋友都入到最適合小朋友的學校。
