Hi, my boy is doing fine. But recently I am thinking if I should transfer him to Kowloon Victoria on the ground that the latter can proveide better Englsih exposure. Do other parents have any comment?Can anyone tell me that if their kids can speak Engish in a comlete sentence  after 4 years in Think?

I like Kowloon Victoria as well but the the location is not convenient to me.  We prefer not taking the school bus.

Hi Maria_lai,

My daughter is doing very well.  May be she attended the playgroup before go to nursery.  She enjoy going to school.  She can tell me what happen in the day when I back from work.

It's good to know your kid and 小奇媽媽's kid are going well and happy in Think.  

I'll have my interview on 4Nov and my son supposes to start nursery in Jan05.

My son is now attending the playgroup and so far I'm satisfied with this school.  If my son and his teachers are going well together, I think he'll stay there for K1-3.

試下自己買一張art paper貼係門或wall到，叫個bb企定定影，通常都work的。我個女一去到影相鋪，喊到不得了，但用了這一招就無問題，都係一個bk媽咪教的。

When my daughter had interview at Think.  I met many children who, I think, is K2 or K3.  They can speak very fluent English.  I can remember they are discussing who is the next turn to play the game in English.  This also surprise me.  I think for a child study in this school for 4 yrs, they must speak English.  My daughter studied there since playgroup and she can speak in a full sentance.  So, don't worry.

Same as my son. My son is in K2 now. Although he has limited vocabulary, he can speak fluent sentences and his pronunciation is surprisingly good. For example, the "t" sound after "cat".

Some parents of THINK graduates told that their children's English is good when they enter primary schools, but they may have problems with the Chinese standard! So, don't worry about English but should worry about Chinese instead!

Do you and family members talk to your son in English at home?  It's good to know Think's students are overall good in English.

Dear all Mommy,

請教各位有experience的Mommy心得！

小女至6個月, 開始用始Disney's English, 2歲便開始入國際班, 由於從小薰陶下, 結果現在3歲8個月, her mother language已後變成英語, 在她而言, 平常只懂80%英語, 而中文只懂10-20%。

目前在說, 我極之擔心她的中文程度, 怕過了幼兒語言黃金期後, 曰後拒絕接受中文, 及更吃力地學中文等等...., 現在我已經安排她上午上國際班, 下午上主流班, 希望可以改善中文程度。

請教各位Mommy, 我應如何改進我囡囡的中文 ？ 或許她語言較弱, 我應否讓她轉回全日主流班, 給她打好中文基礎, 再學anothr language, 但如果我這樣做的話, 有否太殘忍呢 ？ 懇請各家賜教 ！

Thx for your concern.  It's really a casual interview.  The Principal observed my son when he played in the school.  She also talked to my son and asked some simple questions.  I think she just wanted to see how much my son can talk and understand. She summarised my son's personality and I'm surprised that she can see so much in 20mins.  My son will be starting Lower Nursery from Jan2005.

Which branch is your son studying in?  What class is he in?  It seems there're more kids in Think taking the class with half day international and half day bilingual.

I also concern the primary school for my son whom is similar to your son.  Do you have any preference schools?

You don't need to worry too much.  As long as your daughter is interested in Chinese, she can pick up quickly.

Vinci's suggestions are good.  Let's try first.

Don't push too hard.  Just help your daughter to fit into the new style (more Chinese and less English) step by step.
