Hi Helen Ma,

Twins used to visit the Chinese Dr in the Tsing Yi MTR tel 23451489. Dr. Kwan ( female ) .. U may try it coz it's nearby where we live. Dr . Kwan on duty - Mon/Wed/Friday till 7:30 pm. Sunday till 5:30pm. U may try if Helen brother can eat Chinese medicine.

However, it 's not very effective for cough and thus basically we are going back to the western Dr. recently since early Jan for antibiotics. Just talked with few mamis recently in office and seems antibiotics is the only solution for current germs , so scary

In fact , I also want  any introduction for a reliable Dr (  for kids ) nearby Tsing Yi , any ideas ?

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the buffet in Todai. Yes, it is very economical that it is free for kids under 6. Any hotel we like for buffet is Prince Hotel. We may try Novotel Hotel in Tung Chung this Sunday.

For western doctor, Charmaine has been visiting Dr. Albert Law Kin Wah in Villa Esplanada Commercial Complex (Level L3) eversince she borned. He is very kind and he also gave us his mobile phone for emergency contact at night. We called him many times. The clinic number is 2149 1199. After all, doctor & patient, needs a good match.

Do you know the teacher of drawing class has been changed from Ms. Candy to Ms. Pui Sze. I called Ms. Candy a few weeks ago asking about Charmaine in the class. She said the pictures drawn in the previous classes are with them for exhibition and will be given back to us later. She told me that Charmaine does well in class but just a bit quiet.

Wish Tin Han recover soon! Don't worry! Charmaine never sees Chinese practioner and so I don't have any referal. Have you tried the one in UMP at Villa Esplanada Commercial Complex?

Thanks Vicky & Suzanne. Tin-hang is much better now. So I haven't tried to consult Chinese medical practioner. Maybe later la (cos it's quite good according to my colleague's experience). Our family doctor is also Dr. Law Kin-wa.

My turn is also 29/2 (but not yet applied leave, hope it's okay la! :>)

Hoi-yiu liked listening to stories much these days.....and I enjoyed most for our "bed-time story" session recently! She also likes to share her school stories to me more than before, like there's an "Auntie Cherry" to tell them story of Mozart etc....:>

Wish u all have enjoyable time with your kids always too!

FYI - I told story about "Donkey, Lion & Fox" today. First of all, please forgive me as I'm not a very good story teller. I think Suzanne is much much better. Willis, Ambrose, Kenneth, Nicolas were so active in answering my questions. Tung Tung & Chai Chai were a bit quiet. Samuel together with Charmaine helped me to distribute the small gifts. Charmaine reminded me to let her do this job y'day. I made a bit translations so that Chelsea to make Chelsea understand. I think telling stories in English or Mandarin is better next time.

Have you paid the fee for the drawing class in the next 2 months? I have paid today. For disneyland, we have no experience in staying the hotel but just went to Disney twice. We are planning a family trip this year. Target destinations include Japan, Australia. However, we may go to Macau with my mom in law in March.

Thx. for your gift and when I asked Ambrose what's story about, he always can't tell me.  So I help him to remember and I asked him if there was any animal, he said yes but no more.  Thus it's really helpful to share here!

Dear all mums,

I observed their school day yesterday.  It's just the same as the 1st school day, i.e. parents sitting at the back of the classroom.  The kids are divided into groups.  Firstly, we will observe Ms Law's teaching and then followed by Ms Kerry.  Afterwards, we will go to the playground and observe them doing exercise.

Some of the kids are very shy due to the presense of parents.  But overall it's good to know more about their school life.

I think you join the 1st day observation as I found Samuel also had a badge of smiling face (for those kids being observed).

Christy: I think Samuel is very cute and obedient. You need not feel 不好意思 as boys seem to be more active than girls ma. :>

I'm also very glad to see Hoi-yiu at school. Their performance surprised me a lot! Frankly speaking, I didn't know the word "otter" before. I'm surprised to see Ms. Kerry teached them and the children could even make sentence on selected words. Children nowadays are really brighter than we before. That's my impression.

I think if my little son can get a place in LH. I'll let him study there too! LH is a good school for language learning (that's the most important thing I want them to learn in kindergarten).
