“e-Investment Advisor” with effective from Decemeber 1, 2010 if there is no objection by more than 10% of the total number of parents here.
e-Investment Advisor
Job Description
- With the financial industry experience in related fields and an extensive network of resources, investment projects with keen insight and decisiveness;
- Good leadership, establishing and management talents to lead the team to develop venture capital, private equity investment business;
- Responsible for the selection of the fund tracking, data collection, and analysis and evaluation;
- Responsible for leading the team to conduct a comprehensive Due Diligence review of Due Diligence reports, Investment Memorandum, Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, Feasibility Study Reports, Issued by the Investment Proposals, and Risk Assessments;
- Guidance, participation in important projects in the marketing, negotiation, attend important meetings, control the progress of work at any time, to take effective measures to maintain the project progress and timely coordination problems arising in the project course;
- To provide the companies with professional investment proposals, financial analysis, risk assessment and feasibility study report, according to investment management process requirements and cooperate with the commercial negotiations, contract signing and project execution;
- Lead the team to complete the project, better management and implementation, and project implementation of risk control, to achieve high returns, fund withdrawal; Familiar with the various domestic and international investment business, involved in investment and financing channels for the establishment and optimization; Develop long-term trends on the industry's investment strategy, process management approach to optimize the investment, management of professional staff training;
Requirements
- PhD degree in finance; Has more than 6 years solid investment banking or consulting experience.
- Commensurate with job responsibilities and the planning, organization, communication and coordination, contingency and business development capabilities;
- Accurately understand grasping and implementing company policies, strategies and work plans of the Group;
- Rational and effective allocation of resources to organize and promote the company's equity investment business healthy and orderly development;
- Solid theoretical foundation and rich professional experience in practice;
- Good proficiency in English and Chinese; Good management skills and experience; Recognized corporate culture, Integrity, delegation of business , set an example, dedication and strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, establish good relationship, maintain departmental unity.
- Target revenue to be increased by at least 30% per annum due to the upcoming QE2.
What's On Offer
- As this is a voluntary service, no fixed salary will be provided.
Discretionary bonus will be considered in case your performance is satisfactory and exceeds the pre-set target.
Final decision to be voted by all TSL parents on E.K.
The task is not easy.
We do have high hope on you.

Tentatively,this appointment will be valid for 7 months till
June 30, 2011 (when the QE2 effect is said to be ended).
We will review your performance from time to time.
Please send the quarterly report regularly to the Audit Department of HKSAR and cc a copy to parents here on E.K. for close monitoring purpose.
