事實上其他家長透過你們的個案,更能了解不同情況的處理,所以我經常說如果不牽涉私隱,最好還是在公開forum問...

正如我在回覆中說,一般未接受專業訓練的人,面對各項的病症特徵,*一定*會覺得自己/自己的孩子"似"...所以你有此感覺不出奇.

評估不是分開不同的症狀做的,是利用觀察及客觀証據,看看小朋友比較類近那一個情況...最少我會這麼做

Do you know "Dandy Walker Variant"? Could you please tell me more about this brain malfunction? I know it is likely to be involved in childhood. But how about an adult he just found himself after a car accident with MRI report. Is it possible?

你好Dr. T, 我想有事想請教一下, 謝謝.  
我個女現時己4歲, 由她懂說話, 懂叫人開始(大約2歲左右時), 已不願叫人, 不打招呼, 但佢絕對係有聽到, 有四目交投), 但就不願意叫人…後來, 我們在她3歲時帶佢去幼稚園面試, 佢一個字都冇出過聲, 完全冇反應, 比糖佢食, 佢寧頤唔食, 也不肯說聲多謝, 硬勁得很, 就連動作回應都冇, 只係一路望住對方, 個心是想吃糖的, 但行為上, 動作上, 言語上全不表達),  後來我們暫時牲找了一問國際學校, 班內只有2個中國人, 小朋友之問也用全英語溝通, 他們是來自不同country 的, 所以英語上也有差別,, 而我相信我個女兒在聽英語上沒有太大problems, but 我個女去到半年後才跟其他小明友開始傾計, 9個月後才肯回應老師的問題 (但反而, 她在堂上唱歌, 唱得好大聲)…而她在學校內也有自己幾個女小朋友一起玩(也是用英語溝通的)..後來到了她接近4歲時, 好彩地有一本地幼稚園收了她 (當然在面試的25分鍾內, 她也是一個字都冇講過啦), 自今年一月, 她開始返這間幼稚園(全廣東話的), 我覺察她比之前開心了, 可能是母語關係, 同聲同氣…但返學至今, 她也是一個字也沒有說, 只有用動作回應, 例如

I also want to know your details and charges.  Please pm me.  My son has language delay and lack of eye contact.  He is 2.5 years old now. Not sure if he has Asperger or not.   He is waiting for government assessment.  But the queue is so long and I want to find some private assessments for him.

Hi Sirod,

About my gal, i'm waiting for the govn't assessment for her too..for me, i still think she's shy or 慢熱 or lack of self confident more than other problem, but still want to find out any similar case or am i right!!

For my gal, even i bring her to the ballet class, she can't be alone by herself, she'd cry or not to any reaction from the teacher..it always make the teacher feel (maybe troublesome) in the class....
She has a piano class in group, and she can go out for playing some simple tones and not feel shy..so i'm not sure as well..

any further adivce??

多謝你們的問題及討論...相信不少小朋友也有你們孩子的情況,但我覺得這並非只是這一代的問題,亦與是否獨生子似乎沒有直接的關係,而是現今的父母除了小朋友的智能發展外,對他們的社交表現亦同樣注重.這相比起以往的父母認為孩子對人一舊飯不是大問題,最緊要成績好就得的態度不相同.

在熟悉的環境表現自若,但到了較陌生的情況便會起"kon",過往經驗覺得這些都是語言接收比較強,但對非語言資訊不太掌握的孩子常出現的情況.以返幼稚園為例,他們會覺得一間傳統的幼稚園比另一所自由自在的更開心,因為前者給予他們一個穩定,可預計的環境.

鼓勵孩子多參與不同的社交活動是改善行為的不二法門,但在日常生活中可以利用他們的強項-言語(假設一般這情況的孩子都屬這類型-這是評估可以解答的問題),和他們預備如何在活動中與其他小朋友及老師溝通.透過這些綵排,家長會明白小朋友的憂慮是甚麼-要接納他的擔心,但盡量解釋他擔心的原因未必會發生,強調可能出現的正面情況.

oh..haa...what exactly my gal is....i have to pay more more time for her & always feel 面皮厚 in front of the teachers, strangers, classmates,,etc...(but i've get used to it) than her little sister who's only two years old, can go to Pre-nursury school by her own....

Sometimes, i can see some chance in front of her to get close to other kids, but she just stand there, watching and not speak out and keep silence for almost one hour or even more time, and finally, we've to go back home...(but she refues to go back too)..

I think both of our gals are obeserver,right!!?

i'm going to visit a government doctor in next Friday, to see any advice from there..

唔...如果兩位小朋友是真正的良好觀察者(指能夠看通新環境種種non-verbal cues),那她們就不應該出現問題.相反地正正因為她們不善掌握陌生/新情況的非語言資訊(所謂眉頭眼額),才會表現得十分緊張甚至退縮-但在熟悉的人/環境下又如另一人,因為無需再要猜估他人在想甚麼.
