Once again, my profile hv lost by virus long long time ago (4yrs ago), the info I send to you only the guide line for the profile, not the power point.  These guide line was specially prepare for our BK mama.  Hope can help!
But would like to say may be mine profile a bit out dated....

孩子Profile宜短不宜長 直資私小校長教路

【明報專訊】每年8、9月，很多直資與私立小學都開始招生，家長除了遞交申請表外，愈來愈多人愛附上孩子的履歷（Profile）。

5歲小人兒的履歷，有些由專人設計釘裝，有些則厚如電話簿。不少家長早在半年至一年前，已開始探究製作履歷的門路。

究竟這份履歷，怎樣製作才最合適﹖幾間極受歡迎的直資私小的校長們，親自向各位講解。

幼稚園校長貼士

右思維國際幼兒園暨幼稚園校長鄔鳳開指出，製作小朋友的履歷，家長必須以良好的中文或英文撰寫，切莫出現錯別字。她笑說﹕「我們當老師的，看見錯字，總是很有衝動用紅筆將之圈出來。」這份履歷最終是向校長展示孩子過人之處，所以家長必須先想想﹕自家的孩子有什麼突出地方﹖

她表示，做得好的履歷，不但可用以申請直資與私小，還可以在官津小學完成第二輪派位後，向心儀的學校「叩門」時用。有關的內容與製作格式，鄔鳳開有以下的意見供家長參考﹕

格式

●留意學校是否有指引，例如頁數。一般不多於10頁紙，有需要時可使用雙面，方便校長翻閱

●釘裝好以免有紙張鬆脫下來。避免使用膠檔案簿（Clear Holder），太佔位，最終檔案簿可能被棄掉，紙張被獨立抽出釘合

●紙張以A4大小最適當

●字體以12pt為準，別少於9pt

●切勿提交CD-ROM，校長一般不會有時間看

●若家長寫得一手好字，不妨親筆撰寫附函，及填寫申請表

內容

●孩子的英語及普通話流利程度

●課外活動包括音樂、體育（如游泳）、美術等幾方面

●孩子得過的獎項，例如每年9月的校際朗誦節，鄔鳳開建議家長讓子女參加，勝敗也能開闊孩子的眼界

●若認識與學校關係密切的人，可請對方撰寫推薦信

●加入適當相片，令履歷更吸引。相片要協助傳遞有用的信息，例如孩子曾參加的活動
