I have encountered same questions as you!

I finally can contact the staff today.  He replied that  one digit of the school hotline no. was incorrect.  They have amended the number.  

He said I will receive my first issue next week...........

I haven't received any reply or confirmation from Reading Kids also.  Should I need to call them about it?  I filled up the form last week.  Please suggest.
