I totally agree with you...
I suppose that GH really wants to select the suitable/ "best-matched" candidates and that's why they need to hold the 2nd interview.  I also suppose that the 2nd interview will be handled by principal or supervisors, which means they take it very seriously....

For we, a group of parents, with 100% sincerity towards GH... I even practised the questionaire questions at home, I tried to see what I can write in 5 minutes by a stop watch....:)  I read again and again the notes from the briefing session. ( I also wrote down "no" for extra curricular activites" as they mentioned in the briefing session)

Though I have not yet received letters and do not expect my daughter can get a 2nd interview opportunity, I hope that GH can improve its way in selecting 2nd interview students next year... offering opportunities to families/ girls with sincerity & matched characters/ philosophy

囡囡當天坐中間位, 只是一開始無跟住唱太陽怕怕, 其餘所有做曬, 反應是同組中第一,二名, 老師送貼紙有說多謝. 一心諗住有機會2nd interview, 但我收到reject letter.

同日有兩個朋友囡囡都有去interview, 一個係interview過程中全無反應, 一個成日擰轉頭望填緊問題的爸爸, 兩個朋友interview完後嬲到震, 但收到2nd interview信, 可能她們是大b吧.

事實是有點不甘心, 不過唯有接受現實, 囡囡與德望無緣. 呻完!

看似收到2nd in信的也有點random pick嘅感覺。在group in時，時間唔多，老師又沒有mark分，唔知會唔會group in唔計分，計分嘅係份問卷呢？首先，1st in用問卷screen out理念不同嘅，之後，2nd in 至係睇表現呢？我重記得sister Pauline話：當來玩下。我哋好用心機填form，但小女表現平平，有幸得2nd in機會。（只係估下咋，不起勿插）

原來都有媽媽有同感囡囡坐邊邊好像被疏忽, 我當天看囡囡同組老師都感覺佢比較多留意中間的小朋友, 坐邊好像唔著數. 無法, 命矣

我女坐邊第二個，其實一入去我都有不安，驚會被忽略，但有兩位老師叫做各睇4個考生，可能我嗰group都幾平均，每個小朋友都幾主動又起身又舉手，老師都有比反應每個小朋友，經歷咁多次interview（ 有個大仔）真係要平常心

問卷我都填得好趕，興趣班（非學術）如實寫有兩個，如果學校都覺得太多唔符合教學理念，都無話可說，幸運地有2nd in, 不過都仍然平常心

我覺得與問卷內容無關，因當日是爸爸填問卷，他好快填完，簡答得緊要，問興趣班部份，寫一個字"無"，所以對問卷不存寄望。

嗰日老師唔係記坐既位架，係記小朋友貼係衫上個label號碼架(係面試嗰日新編，唔同交form號碼)，因為我記得我小朋友貼係衫上個label 貼得唔好，老師睇唔清楚，特登走埋黎睇同埋叫小朋友要貼好D如果唔係老師睇唔到呀!

我有鼓勵小朋友，但冇提佢答案呀!因為老師問我小朋友問題時佢怕醜唔出聲係到儍笑，我就話呢個係老師黎架，你話比老師聽喇，跟住就自己諗個答案講比老師聽。跟住我就一路冇乜留意佢喇，因為得我一個人去，我要填問卷呀!

其實，收到信的唔代表最好.收唔到亦唔代表差，正如其他名幼，大家都不知收生准則，好多小朋友在其他名幼int 得好好都一樣rejected. 可能問卷中反應家長同學校理念不同，可能家長坐得太近小朋友，小朋友成日向後望，家長提水等等(因為我覺得GH喜歡獨立的小朋友).
我就覺得我嗰組老師沒有編心，因過半時間都是單獨引導小朋友答題.
收唔到不要灰心，只可以話同學校冇緣，可能有其他學校更加適合，加油!

as the seats are arranged by numbers in turn, so we guess the teachers may try to remember your seat and then can recall the number (as the number has 4 figures?..) anyway.... :)

當日我個女都坐最側邊，老師都無咩認真望過佢，我個人覺得佢表現第二好，我地無宗教無識人無背景，有幸有機會second in，其實我覺得gh既然今年決定用呢個方式interview，佢就已經決定點樣可以響第一round簡到人出來second in，只係我地大家都係估估下的，老師只係mark低表現，最後決定既都係校長，呢個係佢地既遊戲規則，我當去參觀學校架ja。。

因為我個組D小朋友係亂錯架，老師冇要佢地跟號碼坐呀!?同埋我見我組有老師專登逐個睇小朋友身上既label呀!

我老公同呀囡in,老公冇提水，好似舊飯咁，而呀囡好活躍好主動，有問必做，老公都話表現好，老師有望住佢好多次，加上見到其他有d小朋友冇乜反應，有怕羞……心諗有機會再in……點知仲未有信，應該凍過水……我地2公婆太天真太傻
