關於這兩方面，我沒有心得，但可分享一下我平日的做法，大家研究研究
自信心

放手讓孩子做到他能力範圍之內的事，例如將小垃圾放入垃圾箱，遞將紙巾給爸爸，這類的小任務，他做到了，讚他，但要讚得具體，”ＸＸ幫媽媽掉垃圾，真係好幫得手”，他內心會很高興，因為他們在這個年齡，最在乎父母／家人怎樣待他．如果他有猶豫，可鼓勵他”ＸＸ試下幫媽媽掉垃圾，一定會做得到”，如果真的站著不動，慢慢帶他做一次，如是者不久（時間多久因人而異），他便會可以聽你說話完成小任務．他做到，你又讚，自然有自信心！做錯，別罵，只說”不要緊”，”我們可以一切做”．

禮貌

一個形容詞可概括箇中精髓：堅持．在絕大多數情況下，大人要他說”謝謝”，”唔該”才答應他的要求，不能心軟．我大仔現在兩歲多，早上還會吃奶，有時未睡得醒，但人已起床，發著脾氣要”奶奶”，平時會要求他收到奶奶後立即說”唔該”，這個已訓練多時，大人要求才會說，問題不大，然而有一早上，我對他說，”你發脾氣冇用，你要媽媽幫你，你要說唔該”，不知過了五分鐘還是多久，他自己說突然說（可能太餓）”媽媽，我要奶奶，唔該”，我便立即沖給他．之後，每次早上／晚上如要吃奶，他會自動”媽媽／爸爸，我要奶奶，唔該”．至於平日其他要求，仍然繼續要求他，尚未做到每一次自動自覺．但既然飲奶可以自動說，其他都得，只要持之以恆，不輕易將就他，是最好的辦法！

Thanks for your sharing. Love this topic. Quitting my job and be a full-time mum is the only thing I'd do. There's no problem at all with my kids now, and I'm lucky that grandparents are taking good care of the kids. But I missed those precious moments with them. Very often when I look at my kids I ask them why can't you be back to babies. The elder one, who is just 5, always reminds me: "Mom, that's impossible. Everyone must grow up"

I'm still struggling....

could do group.

My experience for my son is he did phonics (group) but there is only 3-4 kids. He also takes up ECA such as drawing or maths in English. I think it is more important to pick up English during your social life. He is now 6 and can read chapter books + English conversation is really good.

I am a full time mum too.  I struggle for a while but now quickly that I think I will set a role model for my children but my eldest is already 10.  They will look upon as how you should be responsible person, at home, in your work place and etc.

I find that while they are small say before 7 they like you to be full time mum but when they grow up they like you to be working mum.  I share my daily office work with them.  They will sometimes ask how is this auntie or this uncles (all are my colleagues) doing.  Even I changed my job recently they will like to know if I have made any new friends (ie my colleague).  Their tone is just the one that I am asking them how's their life in school.

Since you have grandparents taking care of them, I think things should be fine.  One thing to make sure they do not spoil them.  Manners are important as maid cannot teach them those.
