My son said Ms. Lee asked them to write A-Z on a clear paper and draw the corresponding pictures at home.

They'd mental yesterday including writing numbers & drawing shapes (10 questions).

Calix recited the following this morning:
Buzz Buzz Buzz...
I am a bee.
Can you see me?
How busy I am!
Don't let me go.
Buzz Buzz Buzz... 

Yesterday my son couldn't finished his snack. He said he didn't have enough time to finish all as it's time for recess.  He enjoys playing in the tree house a lot!  That reminded me not to give him too much snack on Mon & Thur so that he can finish his snack b4 recess.  He said he played with Max yesterday during recess and he always said Max, Felix, Lawrence & Maximus are his best friends.

My son said they'd mental again today in addition to English dictation.  There're only 4 questions about drawing shapes.  Seems strange coz they just had mental yesterday.   Is it because the dictation & mental paper is to be distributed on Thur this week (as there'll be party on Friday)?

We're in a rush today and therefore Calix forgot to take his art bag (with the colouring picture inside).  He's very worried and almost cried at the school bus station...

Hi Camom, 其實都係要清下d年假, 放咗尋日同今日, ethan開學嗰陣都有同佢返過一次學. 星期四同星期五我唔會帶ethan返學, 所以見唔到你lu, 希望遲d有其他機會啦!

haha, calix好可愛, 今日我都仲見到有小朋友帶個art bag返去, 遲咗一日老師應該唔會鬧!

Calix got packs of biscuits & gummy to home yesterday.  He said he'd answered Ms. Lee's questions correctly.

Seems that they had a tight class schedule yesterday...English dictation + mental.  My son said they didn't have enough time for the computer/science & music lessons.

Learnt the Chinese word card 「獅」 yesterday also.

Calix said Ms. Lee asked them to write better...a "pretty principal" will go to visit them to see their writings.  If it's ugly, they can't be promoted to K3.  Sounds funny but don't know how true it is.

They had music class today...sang the song of "One, Two, Three, Four, Five" and recited "Humpty Dumpty".

They'd been practising saying, "What's your name?"..."My name is XXX" with the classmate sitting opposite.

Had done the revision paper on "Between" today and learnt the concept of "Bigger" (comparing 2 numbers).

Calix imitated Ms. Lee calling the school office via mobile phone when one of the classmates had nose bleeding yesterday.  Funny!

Calix said they didn't have mental today as there's not enough time. 

They'd learnt the concept of "biggest" by comparing 3 numbers.


Today when Calix was doing the homework, he murmured, "１和８是９", "２和７是９"...I think the teacher is introducing the preliminary concept of "addition".

My son said they need to draw a picture with animals in the forest and handed in to the teachers.  We haven't drawn yet coz we had a busy schedule this weekend.

Calix話「無嗰Ｄ紙（唔知講咩紙）就用白紙」，咁我就星期一晚同佢一齊喺張A4紙上一面畫咗隻獅子﹠油埋顏色，星期二交咗，未有return番嚟。
