Hi Tingmum,

I will prefer to go with my husband only at around 8pm…cos it’ll be too much trouble…to bring the kids…I know what they like to read and watch…I want to look for some update Chinese or English version Science books or DVDs like Space, Deep sea creatures, Disasters, Invention history, Human History….he really likes to know about them even he doesn’t really read them all cos the words are too complicated for him…I will read him one topics of each books every nite…then I will learn myself as well

…BTW, did your son watch the TVB program on Sunday afternoon called 天與地and 進化島….my son loves them very much…

With the Japan’s trip, we didn’t pay for everything…and we’re allowed to make alteration for other choices as we bought the insurance fortunately….it’s hard to think of other places other than Japan….

My son can make change of his own clothes and bath himself now… but very untidy with the outcome…and not yet with the zipper……I have to go and buy the uniform as soon as possible…I am thinking to get him used to eat with lunch box…Am I doing too much ??

婥蔚媽咪似乎收獲不錯. 係呀, spi現場新款冇貨, 要訂貨8月中先有. 唔想訂, so昨日我地去了大埔jusco. 買了spi (hk$430)同白皮鞋buster(hk$159). 男仔好少選擇.

書展我仔仔收獲最多, 今年的science 書都多, 仔仔買了一套12本各別介紹每個星球的書, 一套25本的magic school bus 同一些vcd, 一些介紹人體, 地球的天氣等散裝書. 另有一個叫電子積木(hk$288), 小朋友利用簡便的buckles可自己接駁, 砌出一些簡單的科學實驗, 如電力, 風力, 收音,擴音功能等. 仔仔連續玩了兩日未停過. 岩初小玩. 值得推薦給小一男孩.

囡囡在現場狂煲書, 只係買了5本英文小說. 因為她說好多書學校有得借. 佢想幫我慳錢冇買,好乖.

我買了一些中文書, b*介紹青田出版的高效識字做半價, 4本才售$100. 抵. 另一些中文圖書及中數補充作業. 英文gramma未買. 太多人了.

據我所知一星期五日裏面有一日係PE堂一日係ECA,要穿著PE衫。而游水日我就俾佢地著PE衫。所以往年都係校服兩套&PE衫兩套。

昨晚終於去咗書展...唔係好多人...不過被個security 點我行咗一大圈先去到買票...攪到身水身汗....
我都買咗少少嘢.....又係magic school bus.....青田都有買...有套書係仔仔幼稚園時讀的..買了最後level 比佢....回家佢覺得好有親切感....訂了本雜誌叫專講培育孩子品格....

Tingmum,之前我老公一早set好晒錄影....通常是sunday 10am, 叫"天與地'.. "進化島'是同日4pm.....我見pearl 將會10月做..叫"Planet Earth" on Tuesday 8:30pm...for more detail click on www.tvb.com...type in the title in the search box on the top...then u will find out.....

大囝今年升小五

,而細囝仔升小一。點解我會買兩套PE衫俾佢哋呢?係因為我大囝小四嗰時個Schedule係星期三就ECA,星期四就PE堂接住兩日都要著PE衫!

PEARL 有播就好啦! 到時一定比佢睇.
個仔so far 中文認字又好快上手. 同佢做P1的課外閱讀理解, 佢圈岩晒答案. 比我想像中好. 但仲好怕寫中文寫. 我奶奶好唔讚成我的方式(我太惡...). 其實仔仔其他方面都好好, 只係中文差, 有時我都在反思自己是否太急進左D???

個大的小五, 你今年會忙好多. 特別係考試, 同時要顧兩個. 但亦興幸細的可以入到,一齊返學. 我的朋友, 個細女都好SMART, 兄姐都在TSL畢業, 到以家還沒有消息. 個家長很心急, 話個細女一心一意想入TSL,唔知點同個女講好. 我成日同個仔講, 佢好幸福, 要好好珍惜面前一切所擁有的.

我用咗credit card D分換咗spi 輕身d嗰個(平d嗰個)...換埋個fax機...

最近比較懶....冇幫阿仔讀書..今日温番...即時退步...唔記得d中文字點讀同寫....真的唔可以偷懶...不過佢對彈琴開始發生興趣...一有時間就彈....游水方面,每上一次也有進步.....as long as佢開始自覺性去學習和進步..我都好開心了.

You both are very hard working mum. I can't be lazy too.
So far, I keep my maid to read English books for my son. (My maid becomes my son English teacher and I'm afraid that his English will become more and more Filipinish.)
Yesterday, we read the General Studies P.1-1 together. It talks about the body and is very interesting. My son likes to read the picture. But I wonder the English is pretty difficult. Can your kid read those English? I guess my son can read less than half...
