當我去第二次家長面試時, 我看到有一位小朋友企在課室外, 頭上頂著一本書, 當時我心想小朋友是否在玩耍, 過了一會, 我看見有一位老師跟他說話, 小朋友低下頭, 一副很不開心的樣子. 看到那位小朋友的面, 令我有一個想法, 到底那個小朋友做錯了什麼大事, 不但被老師罰企在課室外, 還要用頭頂著書本. 及後, 我寫了一封電子郵件給校長查詢為什麼要用一個如此令人的羞辱方法罰小朋友, 但得到的是一個很有趣的答覆, 校長說, 可能是我看錯, 又可能小朋友用一個他認為很有趣的方法去拿起他的書本.

請問所謂何事？你們有聽聞小朋友題及嗎？
行政混亂，我尚可以理解；但這些教育手法，則難以接受。

This is really very bad. Which classroom is that? What is the gender for both teacher and student? Is the student from lower form or upper form?
I don't think I will accept this happen. This type of punishment should not be found in today's modern education, besides, the answer of principal is not approaite as well.

It seems that the above answer is not professional enough. If parents just write down their choice and come as per their choice, the school should just simply write down clearly on the notice. Anyway just like AAK mentioned before, we, the parents have adapted the way of notice communication already. But anyway I think the school should have improvement on this.

每次也是一星期內的準備,先前"b & c"就有印出來的範圍,今次"d"就沒有,只是在spelling 簿內見到,由於我見先前其他組所提出的"d"有所不同,再在bk看到另一藍組同學又是另一版本(其中2個字有出入),所以我才警覺不能單靠囡囡所抄寫的為準,不過我已寫字條給老師,以確定.

另外,浸小校網已可以用了,密碼已有詳細說明.(不用等學校正式通知也可,您們試試吧.)

I couldn't find the link....did this happen in BUAPS?  My son is accepted and I returned the form last Friday during lunch time.  I did see some children standing outside the staff room (from higher form) and there was a female teacher scolding them and she put her arm on her waist.  Then when I was waiting at the general office, a male teacher was asking the children to line up loudly, to call their parents one by one.  I didn't know what happen!

I have to admit that I was quite surprised to see these 2 scenerios in this school.  However, I still have confidence in it because there were also happy children running around!

I'm also surprised to hear all about these....didn't expect the school is using such "tradtional ways" of disciplining the kids.  Did you ask on the spot what happened?

agreed....this is really disturbing to especially potential parents of the school...and we do need clarification on what has happened.  But wouldn't it better for current parents to do that?  And just because of a posting on the web we're reaching out the school will it be appropriate?  Any advice?
