University Offers
Despite continuous changes to the testing requirements for top universities in the UK, our F6 students have adapted well and shown determination to achieve their fullest potential. 12 students received offers to study at Cambridge in subjects such as land economy, mathematics, natural sciences, law, medicine; 2 have been awarded with the Prince Philip Scholarship. We will have 2 students matriculating to Oxford to study law and PPE. We are also grateful that our students have been welcomed at other reputable universities in the UK including UCL (46), Imperial College London (15), LSE (11), University of Bristol (20), King’s College London (40) and Royal Veterinary College (4).
From educating the public on sunsetting industries in Hong Kong through organizing tours to conducting research on the indirect detection of dark matter with neutrinos, SPCC students have distinguished themselves through meaningful community engagements that highlight each of their unique strengths. Their leadership in impactful initiatives have contributed to their successful admissions to Ivy league schools as well as other highly-selective schools. We will have 3 students who will matriculate to the University of Pennsylvania, 1 of whom will attend the Wharton School of Business on a full scholarship, the HKSAF Scholarship and the AmCham Charitable Foundation Lyn Edinger U.S. Studies Scholarship. Others have also received offers from Cornell University, Princeton University, Johns Hopkins University, UCLA (5), UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, University of Southern California (2), University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2), New York University and Boston University. We also have students whose musical and artistic gifts have been recognized by the Berklee College of Music, Pratt Institute, Parsons School of Design and Savannah College of Art and Design.
Outside of the UK and the US, our students have also received offers from the triple degree program with University of Southern California (USC) - Bocconi University-HKUST (World Bachelor of Business), the University of Hong Kong - Peking University Dual Degree in Law as well as the Chinese University of Hong Kong - Tsinghua University Dual Degree in Economics, University of Toronto (Canada) (International Scholar Award), McGill University (Canada), University of British Columbia (Canada), University of Sydney (Australia), Monash University (Australia).
