Hi Maychoi,

Waaaaaaa….the thread is moving so fast by all late-sleeping moms here which I nearly skip your message…  I can feel the strong power of cohesion and synergies by new KTS parents here!  As parents, we must come across different hurdles of learning later but hope all of us can manage and overcome any challenges with our children!

Returning to the topic, in my own experience the dictionary should be bought as earlier as you can.  Initially it can be the pictured dictionary and the one that KTS recommends is suitable for P.1 to P.2 levels in general.  Children need to get interest first about words searching by a dictionary of which can attract them.  Once they have built up their initiatives to search words, they will gradually try to find more advanced words by using the adult ones.  I guess if I first introduced my girl the adult version dictionary, she would feel no interest about the millions of words printing in it.  She also started with this dictionary by KTS. Later when she grasped the skills on how to do words searching, she has no problem in using the advanced adult ones to look for some complicated words.

One more thing, though there are a lot of E-dictionaries from internet but I still prefer her to use dictionary as she already spelt the words with longer time in her mind when do searching.

看番昨晚你哋d對話,講到換牙,我個仔上個月都是掉了第一隻牙,恒齒已出了,但乳齒一d都唔鬆,所以我去牙醫除掉它.牙醫話,依家d小朋友因為營養好,新牙好大隻,會出現唔夠位出的情況,可能d牙會唔齊.所以要小心留意.

今早發現,八時五分響鐘後,會有風紀入課室管理秩序.小朋友要乖乖地坐好了.

Thank you very much from your experience to advise for KTS's "new parent" .We are very nervous about our child study on KTS, anything also can make us so worry. even a  little things. Your kindly help would be pacify for us. Very much appreciated!

sac.wen , 多謝你分享咁有用ge網址俾我d參考, 不過囝囝到依家一顆牙都未甩, 佢仲不停咁問我, 話佢幾時會甩, 可能佢見到有好多小朋友甩左, 咁就擔心自己了......   

我就唔參加朗誦同埋游水班了, 朗誦依我囝囝ge性格一定唔得, 游水因為一直有係出邊訓練, 再者實在時間唔arm, 所以決定都唔參加了.

但對"大"門牙+條罅,就真好係唔得........

     出得唔靚都冇計ge了, 依家唯有等佢d恆牙全部出晒後去箍牙了.不過講真箍牙初初真係好難頂ge, 我細個都有箍過, 果時自己為了貪靚, 唯有死頂......
